Les Moulins La Fayette — Restaurant in Trois-Rivières

On our way back to Ontario and needed a snack, coffee, and a sweet. Saw the reviews and stopped. Great to jump on and off the highway to. Most importantly, the two ladies working were great! Very polite, professional and courteous. Hard to find people like that these days. The coffee was good, and being Italian, the latte ranks up there. The sandwiches were tasty. (I've had tasteless food before even at higher end places) Worth the stop. ...

We stopped at this cafe on our way to Trois Riviera for breakfast. This place looks both touristy as well as we found several locals sitting and enjoying their morning coffee with a newspaper. The place has a lot of variety of breads, all looked freshly baked. Multiple breakfast sandwiches and quiches and this place also serves lunch. The staff are friendly and bilingual. Definitely recommend as a pit stop while going...

Je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre en passant par cette région. J’ai vu les critiques élogieuses et j’ai pensé m’arrêter à cet endroit pour un petit déjeuner léger. J’ai commandé 2 tranches de quiche (1/3e chacune), un pain-au-chocolat, une pâtisserie au chocolat suisse (c’était le point culminant) et un café au lait spécial (je ne me souviens pas du nom, mais il était de couleur bleue, avec de la meringue sur le dessus). Le total des dommages après taxes et tips était de 45 $. Le serveur était gentil et la nourriture était assez agréable, mais ce n’était pas du calibre qui justifierait un prix aussi élevé. La boisson était assez fade bien que la présentation soit excellente. Tellement fatigué de l’inflation des tips.
