Ordered one hour ahead of time, arrived 50 minutes into that hour and was told to wait another 30 as the store had taken on more than usual and was late on their orders. Could the staff have called to inform their clients in order for them not to waste their time? Also, if that’s asking too much, could the staff be at all courteous when informing their clients of this rather than with condescension?
