McDonald's — Restaurant in Truro

1 kiosks as an issue where debt is not working, based on comments this is an unfixed problem.

In my order I had 1 large triple triple coffee which tasted like coffee grinds. When dumped out it looked like the machine was not cleaned out as I had a huge amount of coffee grinds in my coffee cup.

Staff gave the feeling of working hard but they were very disorganized. While staff were polite they appeared very disconnected with one another. As a person with 10+ years in fast food this was very concerning as it caused long wait times.

When seated with our food staff that were coming in and out the back door parked their garbage bin for transporting full garbage bags right beside us and left it there (picture attached). While lack of space is understandable it became obvious after 15 mins they were not using this for any immediate garbage and made it uncomfortable and smelly sitting here.

The floors while could easily get dirty from a lunch rush appeared to have not been cleaned for awhile, stock at the condiments station was out such as the ketchup cups. This could just be caused by any number of things but still added to the terrible experiences.

Overall the staff gave the feeling of knowing the work but teamwork and lack of social awareness caused long then normal wait times and overall very...

As a customer at the Truro store , on my 2nd last visit there, it was was bad enough that I waited 10 minutes for.my smoothie, but furthermore after the girl with the red hair handed me my smoothie, she said "there you go, sorry for.the wait" and I replied, in my lower than usual voice (I now identify as a transgender female), saying "oh that's okay, thanks, have a great day" and she looked at me with an uneasy look and was speechless, I walked out so as to not tell her off. I then completed the survey, after which the SM contacted me saying that she has spoke with her staff about this issue, saying she thought it was a misunderstanding, and offering an extra value meal coupon, I replied explaining I doubted that it was a misunderstanding, as she at least could've replied rather than being speechless, and I also explained to her that I'm a vegan and that the coupon would be useless to me, and that It'd be great if you guys brought back the 2 veggie mcwraps, better yet a vegan burger option. She never replied.

On my last visit there very recently, they didn't put the sugar free vanilla shot in my cappuccino. If I'm going to pay $4 for a coffee, it should...

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and I never left satisfied. Recently, I ordered a poutine which came in a burger box. This was not a big deal however it has to be eaten quickly as the box is not designed for wet foods and it quickly turns into an unpleasant mush. The burger box is smaller than the regular poutine boxes and it was pretty empty. The "fresh" fries we were waiting for were cold, the gravy cool, and the cheese cool. I called and they told me I could come in for another two poutines on them. When we did, the poutine tasted completely different than any we have had before and not in a good way. We did not eat it. We went to pick up ice cream tonight. We bought four hot fudge sundaes and they were a mess (see picture). The fudge wasn't even warm and didn't seem to be mixed (it had the texture of jello pudding with not enough water). There are also "no peanuts at this location" which may be for a staff allergy, however, this should be posted without disclosing any personal information about the individual. This was my final try.
