Went to get ice cream at the town location. We were standing in front of the ice cream freezer talking about what we wanted to get and I was surprised that we were not being served as there was nobody else in the store. Someone came into the store, went to the counter and placed an order, even though we had been there for some time. After that order was placed I asked the person at the register why we were not served. She told us then that we had to order and pay her first. Why she didn’t tell us that earlier was beyond me. For six single scoop cones we paid a total of $33.00. On each cone we got one level scoop, probably about 3 tablespoons of ice cream. Down the street a few days earlier we got four times as much ice cream for the same price. I love beaver tails but don’t ever buy ice cream from them and be prepared for some poor...
Read moreA 3 in 1 delight. Went in on a whim looking for something different than just over priced icecream. Had the Ginger pork in just the snack size, and still took half home. My husband had a Bever dog and Poutine, he loved the dog. Says the dough was better than any bun he's had. I had raspberry sorbet ( an often overlooked frozen dessert) that I could have sworn was just raspberries minus the seeds. Just the right amount of tart. They prepared each order as they're placed, even brought it to our table. Busy location that keeps up with demand, and kept clean....
