Service was below par on this visit. The employee who was on the window was not friendly in the least, no manners used, and very little personality. On top of all of that once my order was handed to me I decided to check just to ensure it was correct and what I had ordered ( considering I was driving toward the valley). Long and behold my order was missing an order of fries, and the condiments I had asked for. The order of fries that was in the bag was also placed in upside down and my receipt was not placed in the bag. I turned around went inside to correct the error and it seemed the entire DQ staff had to have a meeting on whether or not I was telling the truth of my wrongful order. For replacement fries that I paid for and ketchup it sure did take a long 10 mins to get. Very unsatisfied to say the least. Seems to be a constant issue at thos location. It took over 10 minutes after ordering for 1 item to be ready, my 2nd item wasn't even started yet. I watched several staff members working very hard pumping out items for successive drive through customers while the in store line grew longer and longer. After receiving my items they were made wrong, and I don't mean wrong flavour or toppings, I mean they didnt taste like DQ soft serve, they tasted like milk slushie.
