The WORST AND RUDEST customer service ever!! I went to their drive through. Ordered 4 cream 4 sugar coffee. I again asked at the counter - please 4 cream 4 sugar coffee. The guy gave me coffee and i drove away. After i was halfway back to my work, I had a sip and realised there is no sugar. I went back, again in the drive through line up, and said that i order 4*4 and i got only cream and 0 sugar. I said, “i understand if there’s 1 or 2 sugar instead of 4 but why is it just 0? I said it is not easy to come back and get in line for anyone. Please do make sure to give what is requested. A LADY came, and told me to pull over and park there and she would bring the coffee. I said NO, i have driven 5 minutes back and waited 5 mins in the drive through. I cant wait more because i have to get back to work and it doesn’t take long to make coffee. She said go there. I said not. She said OK SHE IS NOT GIVING ME COFFEE at all. She gave me change instead and said that she is not giving me coffee because i am yelling!!! I was just disappointed and i may not be sounding as polite. But she exaggerated it and said she wont give me a coffee at all! I got the refund instead and came back to work!! IS THIS FAIR??? THERE WAS NOT APOLOGY FOR THE ERROR AND MAKING ME SUFFER. I get yelled at from our customers sometime. Hey lady! I dont know your name! But somewhere and sometimes you are also a customer. You may also be disappointed and got a little mad. What if someone denied to give you food you paid for? And waited for in the line up??? How will you feeel??? Read moreI work very close to this MacDonald’s location and have had a number of visits hoping the service and quality of my food would improve. Sadly it seems to be getting worse. I have very limited time at work to enjoy any type of break. Thinking MacDonalds is close quick and somewhat healthy(ish) it would be a good choice. Without fail the order had been incorrect every single time. NO onions and I got what appeared to be xtra onion, cold food, fries that were very old and cold and in my opinion gross, no straw, no spoon. The customer service is also not adequate. I myself am in the customer service industry and I cringe at the very thought of treating g one of my customers as I have been treated at this store. No please no thank you, what would it take to get a little grin? Instead it is very cold communication, little or no eye contact, the employees seem to be having a great time entertaining each other and laughing and horsing around in my presence and my order seems to be a burden on them to fufill. Perhaps it is bad or no wlrkethics or first time employees who need to learn the ropes but I would assume it to be more of a poor management position after witnessing I believe Joey is his name conducting himself in the exact innapropriate manner I am speaking of. Leadership and moral and pride in the work place seems to be non exist as displayed under Joey and the staff he is in charge of. Read moreComplete disappointment with the overall customer service experience at this specific location. I had to wait patiently in my car almost four minutes for an associate to take my order when it was finally my turn in the drive-thru. The second drive-thru lane was running, and since there was no one to help in my lane, I had to back up, along with three cars behind me and had to get back in line again into the second lane. When I talked to the supervisor about the situation, instead of saying sorry that no associate was present to help almost four minutes and making me and the other cars behind me wait for nothing, she preferred to argue with me that the wait time actually was not that long(!). Seriously (?)!!. I think the McDonald's upper level should really reconsider the quality of their customer service and the staff at this specific location, as that definitely does not reflect the way...
