Great atmosphere ! They lost my reservation for a birthday party for 10 people so had to improvise pushing tables together that ended up in front of the men's bathroom..not good..wait staff not bad ..mixed up the bills..forgot the birthday girls dinner which was pizza..then music loud base vibrating through the floor began. .very distracting ..almost unbearable. .wings were good along with the Polynesian rice..pizza was so so ..not sure if...

Rude rude rude. Called to ask about operating hours and an event they had going on that night and was told no one could provide info and to just check fb - the man then literally laughed at me for not having fb and told me there was nothing he could do for me. No thanks. The 2 times I've been it's been fun enough but staff hasn't been great, this just sealed the deal for me. ...

So I was planning on going here on my birthday with a group event where I was told I wouldn't have to pay to get in but apparently I would have to. Obviously I didn't go. I called the hotel that the tiki bar is attached to I asked how much it would be to get in and the person I was talking with on the phone didn't have a clue didn't even bother to go ask someone. great...
