I recently had the pleasure of visiting Superflux Brewery, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the outstanding quality of their beer and food.

The star of the show at Superflux is undoubtedly their beer. Each brew is meticulously crafted, offering a delightful balance of flavors that cater to a wide range of palates. Whether you're a fan of hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, or crisp lagers, Superflux has something that will impress you. The attention to detail in their brewing process is evident in every sip, delivering a fresh and vibrant taste that stands out from the crowd.

But the surprises don't end with the beer. Superflux Brewery also serves incredibly delicious hotdogs that are the perfect accompaniment to their brews. These hotdogs are gourmet in every sense of the word, with high-quality ingredients and creative toppings that elevate them far beyond your typical pub fare. Each bite is a delightful burst of flavor, making it hard to stop at just one.

What truly sets Superflux Brewery apart is their commitment to innovation and quality. The brewers and chefs are passionate about their craft, constantly experimenting with new recipes and ingredients to create unique and exciting offerings. This dedication to excellence is what makes each visit to Superflux a new and memorable experience.

In addition to the fantastic beer and food, the staff at Superflux Brewery are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about their offerings. They go out of their way to ensure that every customer feels welcome and leaves with a smile.

Overall, Superflux Brewery is a must-visit for any beer and food enthusiast. Their exceptional beer, delicious hotdogs, great atmosphere, and top-notch service make for an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend them...

If you're a craft beer aficionado visiting Vancouver, Superflux is an absolute must! Nestled in the heart of the city, this brewery is a vibrant gem that not only brews some of the most innovative beers but also offers a truly immersive experience.

First off, the beer selection is nothing short of impressive. Superflux consistently pushes the boundaries with their unique flavors and high-quality brews. Whether you prefer IPAs, stouts, or something light and refreshing, there's something here that will surprise and delight your taste buds. Each beer showcases the creativity and expertise of their brewers, making every sip a new discovery.

The quality of service at Superflux is top-notch. The staff are not only knowledgeable about their craft but are genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their love for beer. They're quick to offer recommendations tailored to your preferences, and their passion is contagious. It's this kind of attentive and personalized service that enhances the overall experience.

As for the atmosphere, it's just as impressive as the beverages. The brewery has a cool, laid-back vibe that's perfect for hanging out with friends. Pretty cool vibe in the tasting room. It's open to the brewery which is interesting. Minimalistic and no beer board which seems odd as it's always nice to see that menu like most places have. Since their esthetic is simple and clean I guess it makes sense.

The beers all seem to have Citra and galaxy hops which are two very complex hops on their own. Many of the dry hopped beers are so over hopped they have "hop burn" which irritates the tongue due to all of the hop matter in the beer. I don't think you need to over hop the beer so much that you overload the palette this much. Despite my opinion this brewery is always very highly regarded and rated.

I'd suggest trialing other lesser known hops in single hop batches or less aggressive hops together as well as dialing back the bitterness. I'm well aware that the ibu scale is not an accurate representation of beers bitterness but some sort of indication could be given to let the customer know what to expect, even if it were a low medium and high rating.

On abother note, the music, although at a great conversational level didn't seem to match the patrons, primarily male, and rather that or the staff, primarily female, but at least it...

By the time you read this, it might be already just a little bit too late. The extraordinary remarkable chef Justin Song Ell might already have moved on to his next project. However, vestiges of his fabulously considered menu should still remain. A bit of context: I don't usually like IPAs or otherwise hoppy beer. However, when paired with well-thought-out flavors, high quality ingredients, and intentional food, it's something I can return to over and over. Beef Tartare, Endive Salad, Braised Lamb Neck... at a brewery?!?!! Yeah, you've totally been missing out. Remember those off-menu Burgers that you've heard rumors about a few years ago? Aged, hand-ground blend of neck, flank and heart, finished with duck fat aioli? Yup, that was Justin when he was still at Crowbar. Versions might have shown up at Superflux. The beer is still great, try a salad. Keep your eyes open.
