Pane E Formaggio — Restaurant in Vancouver

Huge selection of baked treats and sandwiches. The location is convenient, and the interior is cute with some seating inside and outside. It might have been the time I visited, but I felt the service was not great. The barista disappeared into the back (I guess to prep another order) but ended up with a line of people wondering where they went. I felt bad for them working solo at lunchtime!

I tried the morning glory muffin but it unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. It had a strangely gummy texture, maybe from being slightly underdone in the middle. It was not well spiced for a morning glory and didn't actually have any carrot, raisins, or other inclusions that I would expect from a morning glory... Perhaps it was mislabelled. I would be interested in trying out something else from them though if I am ever...

Thank you for so much bread; it tastes excellent. 👍 Special thanks to the friendly customer service girl who opened the door, smiled and quickly introduced the bread for me.
