This is a takeout only sushi place. My recent visit was for a quick 30 piece plate with wakame salad and soup. The sushi was all very fresh and tasty. It was all well made and presented too. Where this place stood out though was an exceptionally good Wakame salad. It was fresh and sweet with just a bit of extra lettuce added. One Thai lemon grass soup was ordered as well. This turned out to be a big mistake since I was forced to share it with someone who wasn't even a thai lemongrass soup fan. I could have easily had 2 just for myself. It was spicy and tangy for the first taste, but just like a perfectly seasoned dish, there was NO overpowering spice numbing with each bite. Speaking of spice, the wasabi was a bit mild for my liking, but they give a huge amount so it was enough to make up that wasabi rush feeling. More good news came when I tried the ginger. There is no personal contact whatsoever and the entire process is very well-thought out. The food was still clean, fresh and generous with the extras, like ginger and wasabi.
