I visited Aida’s bakery on an off chance while I was visiting Toronto to pickup a red velvet cake for my aunts birthday, and when I entered the store I was amazed by the assortment of food items they had! I had their flourless chocolate cookie that day, which was incredible, the next day I drove back just to try more of their foods, and I got their biscotti’s and their other cookies chip cookie, which all tasted so good, their chocolate chip cookie was hands down THE BEST chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had from a bakery, so I came back 2 more days during my weeklong trip just to eat here. The service was also exceptional and the employees there make sure that you’re being taken care of. Absolute gem of a bakery, I hope this places keeps operating this way the next time I come to visit!

If you want excellent quality pastry and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go. It's always bustling with activity. The staff are always cheerful, and so are the other customers. I love this place! Whenever I need to get a birthday cake, I always order them at Aida's. With the quality of the ingredients they use and the magic they put in their recipes, I always get a cake that is beautiful, delicious, and most importantly not too sweet. The icing never overpowers the rest of the cake. If you want something custom, I don't think there's anything they cannot make. I was always happy with their creations. I definitely recommend going here! 👍👍

Everything is delicious here and reasonably priced. My favorite local bakery by far. I'm literally slowly making it through the entire menu there 😆.

Things I would recommend... Spinach/tomato pizza slice (I know, just trust me), chicken rotolo, pistachio cannoli, spelt coconut chocolate chip cookie (I can inhale 3+ in one sitting), the peach mini cake thing, the apple pie donut, the pumpkin pie (the best thing ever, ordered two this season), lemon and cranberry Biscottis, lately I'm onto the breads section and the sourdough is solid, perfect for my morning toasts. The coffee is delicious too. The most affordable espresso based drinks I've seen in awhile.

So grateful for this find! Everyone is super friendly there. Tons of parking, you can order ahead of time, everything is...

yeah this place is great. Except for the time one of their employees expected me to put on a face mask while standing outside alone in the parking lot back in May/June 2020. I showed him my mask and told him i was more than ready to wear it inside the store and he insisted i put it on outside. needless to say i was confused. i told him "look, maybe if there was a crowd i'd consider it, but i'm standing out here alone... so no". The dude proceeded to lecture me about bylaw officers and the covid secret police. I don't know. He seemed like he didn't have a clue what he was talking about or why. So i haven't been back since. La Strada bakery RIGHT NEXT DOOR is just as good if not BETTER lol they have donuts on thursdays...
