Okay, here's an amazing review for Smoke House & Co BBQ Vaughan, designed to entice and inform! A Smokin' Hot Revelation: Smoke House & Co BBQ Vaughan Delivers True 'Cue Perfection! As a self-proclaimed BBQ aficionado, I've chased the elusive scent of perfect smoked meats across countless establishments. But let me tell you, my friends, the hunt stopped (triumphantly!) at Smoke House & Co BBQ in Vaughan. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a pilgrimage for anyone who appreciates the art, the science, and the sheer deliciousness of slow-smoked BBQ done right. From the moment you step through the doors, you're enveloped in that quintessential BBQ aroma – a heady mix of hickory, oak, and savory meat that immediately sets your stomach rumbling. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between casual comfort and a lively buzz, making it ideal for a family meal, a get-together with friends, or even a solo mission to satisfy those carnivorous cravings. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! We dove headfirst into a feast, and every single dish was a testament to their dedication to authentic, low-and-slow cooking. The Brisket: Prepare to be utterly captivated. Their brisket is a masterpiece of tenderness, with a perfect smoke ring and a bark that's both flavorful and perfectly rendered. Each slice melts in your mouth, leaving behind that rich, beefy goodness that only hours of patient smoking can achieve. Easily some of the best brisket I've had outside of Texas. The Ribs: Fall-off-the-bone is an understatement. Whether you opt for the St. Louis or the Baby Backs, these ribs are succulent, juicy, and coated in a beautifully balanced rub that lets the natural pork flavor shine through. They don't rely on overly sweet or overpowering sauces; the smoke is the star here, and it’s glorious. Pulled Pork: Generously piled high and incredibly moist, their pulled pork is a dream. It's seasoned impeccably and just begging to be piled onto a bun with a dollop of their tangy coleslaw. And the sides? They're not an afterthought here – they're an essential supporting cast. The Mac & Cheese is creamy, cheesy comfort in a bowl. The Smoked Baked Beans are rich, smoky, and perfectly sweet. And the Coleslaw offers a refreshing, crisp counterpoint to the richness of the meats. Don't even get me started on their Cornbread – moist, slightly sweet, and the perfect vehicle for soaking up every last bit of deliciousness. What truly sets Smoke House & Co apart, beyond the exceptional food, is the evident passion behind every plate. You can taste the dedication, the care, and the mastery of the pit. The service was also top-notch – friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they're serving. If you're in Vaughan (or even if you're willing to make a bit of a drive), Smoke House & Co BBQ is an absolute must-visit. It’s a genuine taste of authentic Southern-style BBQ, brought to life with skill and love. My only regret? Not being able to try everything on the menu in one sitting. But rest assured, I'll be back, and likely very soon, for another smokin' hot revelation! Highly, highly recommended! Five...

The English language is too premature to articulate this restaurant’s level of excellence. I can go on forever about the flavours and quality of each item I ordered. And how the sides pair perfectly and compliment the mains. Ugh.
I have to disagree with other reviews about the proteins needing more sauce cause “It’s dry.” Meat ain’t dry friends. And I don’t like saucy food anyways so I found it all perfect.
Had a very in depth discussion with my new friend about the menu items and how it’s done. He told me things sell out daily and that’s how it should be.
Brisket sandwich - to die for. My man loves it he wouldn’t shut up about it.
Ribs - so perfect you see the smoke rings.
Wings - my FAVOURITE. it just makes so much sense. Juicy and crispy. Like what. I got lemon pepper, brilliant. It’s real lemon pepper.
Beans - This is so delicious. Not overly sweet and soft enough without being mushy.
Coleslaw - this is the blueprint for coleslaw.
Fries - must try. Potatoes cut in house. Fried and then coated with magic dust.
I will continuously update my review when I try the other items! I really wanted the lobster pie? , Mac and cheese and potato salad. Even the sausages are house made.
Also. The takeout containers and cutlery and napkins are bougie. Like some fine dining restaurants don’t even use this quality of stuff.
Definitely a gem. Generous portions and even more generous owner. Totally worth the price of admission.
**EDIT
I came back the next day because my man woke up and said “ so when you picking up my food from the bbq place “
Pulled Pork - omg. THIS IS PULLED PORK. moist juicy and it’s not shredded. I hate when people confuse the 2.
Potato salad - premium. It changes all the time apparently so I am excited to try the other variations.
Cheesecake Bites - deep fried paired with the most luscious caramel sauce I have ever had.

Read moreI ordered Smokehouse & Co. to cater a work lunch a few weeks ago and it was amazing.
First of all, one of my colleagues is celiac, and the chef/staff took so much care to package and clearly mark anything with gluten separately to make sure there was no cross-contamination (p.s. turns out most of the menu is gluten free!)
Second… there are no words to describe how good the food is. Everyone was so happy and couldn’t stop raving about all of it. One of my colleagues is a BBQ fanatic and said it’s the best brisket he’s ever had and that it was cooked to perfection. Another of my coworkers and her partner have already gone back three times and said it’s replaced their usual BBQ place, so that should give you an idea of the impression the food left. There were lots of different sauces with various spice levels to cater to everyone. When I die I want to be buried with the mac & cheese. The coleslaw was a sleeper hit, too! And the potato salad. Honestly, just get it all. My only warning is maybe not to order it on a day you have to get a lot of work done because you will eat yourself into a coma 😂
Third, little pro tip, if you’re planning on making a big order I would suggest giving a few days’ notice! Because a lot of the food is slow roasted/smoked (not sure if that’s the right terminology) and done fresh, it takes some time to prep. So plan ahead of you can!
Overall it’s just really obvious how much care and pride goes into the food. This is exactly the type of small, local businesses we love to support and see grow and become institutions in our...
