I have been to this pho many times in person and have had Poor customer service. When ordering over the phone, you will recieve poor sizing in regards to the popular beef noodle soup. If you order take out, you will literally pay extra for a large portion but will be given the same as a regular portion in regards to the broth container. When ordering a X-large or Large, extra broth is needed but not given. Being charged an extra $3.50 for broth is ridiculous. Also, when ordering over the phone, i’ve repeatedly had bad encounters whether it be the response “we are really busy and cannot help you with your order”, not giving me proper help in trying to order, and very poor communication skills. I have had issues in trying to understand communication and have had various arguments with this poorly...

First I phoned in my order and the order was wrong. Phoned back to tell them it was wrong and I got yelled at and hung up on 3 times. Went to the store got yelled at in person for wanting my order corrected. She kept telling me I was wrong and that I couldn't read when "C3" clearly stated I was correct. She finally told me to sit down and wait for the corrected order. 20 minutes later I recieved my corrected order and it was less then the portion I had originally received. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have never written a review before (I even had to use my fiancee's Google account)but I felt compelled due to the poor experience.
