I ordered ice latte from drive through and was told to wait at the front. After ten minutes I had to park my car and get it myself. Before getting in one the staff came out and said here is your latte ( the drink in the picture). Since it didn’t look like it had any coffee in it I asked are you sure this latte?! It doesn’t look like one and she said yes we did an special order for you today. I got in the car and tasted the drink and yes it was milk on ice! Whan I confronted the lady she giggled and said ok we will give you another one. After 5 minutes they said sorry we can’t give you your order. You can pay the difference and get an ice cap which I said no and they returned my money. Read moreI genuinely hated the customer service. I have been visiting this tim horton past 6 months and i was served well by Ramneek but unfortunately she left . Now on Thursday may 9 i went to tim horton like i do regularly with my co workers , i used the coupon as i do sometimes with than survey code, but there was an employee named SUGANDA , she was so rude i felt shattered because she somehow didn’t knw how to talk to a customer. She literally told me not to use the survey code or not to come here. I am never experienced something like this. And when i received my coffee it didnt had any sugar, and i asked for extra cream but she didnt added one. And when my coworkers asked for sugar she asked us to pay first than she added the sugar. While they try to move fast and if there’s a lineup in the drive thru they ask you to wait at the front to bring your items, they constantly make errors. I understand they are times. However on multiple occasions, I am guessing due to speed, my order was either taken incorrectly or made incorrectly. I have gotten coffee instead of tea, or regular cream cheese instead of herb and garlic. I’ve had items missing in my order because they are not fully listening maybe when they are putting orders in.
