McDonald’s — Restaurant in Vernon

was passing through town, trying to pick up a quick meal for my family on a long road trip, stopped in, ordered food, took a very long time, but i waited paitiently. When the order was served I took it back to the car and realized they had made ham and egg mcmuffins, when I had specifically ordered 5 sausage and egg. Being that I had spent almost $25 and waited a considerable amount of time for it, I wanted what I had ordered. Prior to the error to my order, I had watched 2 other orders return due to errors. The staff was young and rushed, which is completely understandable. What is not acceptable, is that the manager did not accept the criticism when the error was brought to her attention. She responded with hostility and aggressively threw the bag of food in the garbage, in front of my wife who had returned the food. Errors are made, and as customers we can understand that it gets busy, some of us try to be patient and understanding. In a place of business, especially a large food chain such as McDonalds, more professionalism should...

Service is generally so great and nice and everything but tonight at 10pm (1 hour before they close) there were a few cars in the drive thru as the lobby was closed. There were 2 teenagers on their scooters desperately trying to get some food. They were very hungry. I offered to set off the drive thu weight sensor for them to order but what I heard from the lady was nothing close to nice. She told them they have cars in the drive thru and no they will not serve the kids. They said they would wait. She said no. It is a full hour before they close and they refused to sell food to these hungry teenagers. So disappointed. These kids are on summer break the least they could do is get some mcdonalds at 10pm. Beyond disappointed with the way they treated these teenagers and the woman at the drive thru window told them to leave now extremely rudely. The food gets made very sloppily, or not following the bill slip correctly. Have had too many mess ups from this store to be able to give them a good rating. The food can be good sometimes depending who's on, but most of the time I've had to make complaints of how the food is cold, or onions have been added to all the items of our family order. Which ends up being 2x 1/4lb w cheeses no onions and a happy meal that all end up with onions on them somehow lol. Anyways the people that work there are always extremely polite and great environment such as ppl around and cleanliness. Had an employee taking selfies in the bathroom as she was cleaning it for close at 10:50 when my order had gone through but was denied it. Long run they made my sundae that had gone through anyways.
