The steak sandwhich had two thin slices of steak on it, another false advertisement from the pictures online. I called the store and all he said was that he could give me some free food, he was sorry and I said absolutely not lol I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered and I should’ve and I most definitely would listen to ALL of these reviews. This place shouldn’t even be in business, respectfully. Spent $71 as well on 3 soup and sandwhich combos and one sandwhich.

Don’t waste your money. Ordered delivery — wrong drink, no way to fix it. Then it got worse. The soups? Total insult. Cheddar-broccoli was thin, flavorless liquid. I’ve had better cheddar/broccoli soup from Zehr’s! The vegan lemongrass one? Straight-up tasted like sewage. Cubano sandwich? Sad but better than the soups 5/10 for the sandwich 🥪 Now I’m sick, and all I wanted was some damn soup. Disgusting food. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered recently from Uber eats, the food was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. No where is the description did it say my food was spicy or I wouldn’t have ordered it, I ordered roasted tomato basil soup and gnocchi Marinara both so damn spicy my mouth is on fire. Bro what?!!

I ordered off of Uber eats I got 2 broccoli cheddar soups and 2 grilled chicken wraps.

Where to begin...

CHEDDAR BROCCOLI SOUP SHOULD NOT HAVE CURRY IN IT! The curry flavour was so overwhelming I couldn't even eat it, I enjoy some curry dishes not a problem I don't find it spicy I just find that curry does NOT taste good in broccoli cheddar soup

The wraps... I ordered mozzarella cheese on a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, black bean salsa and sweet chili thai sauce... The chicken was those little processed meat strips that really shouldn't be for human consumption, I had 1 little sprig of kale in each wrap and if you know what kale is it's super small and is easily smaller than the size of your palm. Lettuce was wilted and the wrap itself was soggy.

Initially delivery was supposed to be about 30 minutes and I noticed the delivery time consistently getting further and further away.

Lastly, I tried to eat the soup and half a wrap and well within 2 hours the porcelain throne was calling to me.

The name has soup in it, but the soups here are not as expected. Mine tasted like it had been frozen for a year because of the odd texture. The flavor was just okay. After I tasted it, I threw it in the back of my fridge because I couldn't get over the look. Probably going to throw it out. Where did you learn to make soup, Souptopia?
