Pizza is okayish, but service is truly awful(UPD: or we had back luck). Same thing happened twice - we ordered (in person) 3 pizzas, they prepared 2. The second time we, having this experience previously, said and repeated explicitly that we need 3 pizzas. Guess what? yes, we got 2. Better avoid(UPD: or pay enough attention to each step and word).

UPD: After the owner's reply I'd like to clarify things: We were not charged for 3 pizzas and got 2. Money-wise there were no issues. The first time it happened they did offer to cook another pizza asap, and we had time to wait. The second time I guess they offered it too, but we did not have time.

I guess if we paid more attention to the receipts and tried to understand the waiter better it could have been avoided. But again, look at it from our perspective: in a hurry and hunger you come, explicitly ask for 3 pizzas, even discuss ingredients for all three, then you just zone out and wait. Who would really control each step meticulously in this situation and examine the receipt?

Hey everyone, So yesterday we ordered two pizzas from this location for pickup. When we bring those pizza’s at home we found one pizza that’s totally burnt and smell like a coal. Firstly, we called at store and explained everything very kindly and with respectful way. But without proper listening to me he started arguing with me on nonsense things and then he said that’s how we make pizzas and that how we serve to everyone. Buddy built some listening skills first everyone here worked at food industries at some point in there carries we all know how to handle a customer if something bad happens like that so give respect first in second pizza we found a men hair i will attack pictures to show everyone with proofs then we had to garbage both pizzas mostly we guys ordered pizzas at this location every weekend because it tasted according to our people taste but still everything can be good after all this if that store guy treated us with a good way. Order a pizza yesterday July 31st after my dentist appointment from across the parking lot. It was a walk-in special. Ordered bacon and mushroom. Because it was my first time ever trying your product I did not tip one because it is a walk-in and two I'm not going to tip for something I haven't tried yet. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. When I went to pick up my pizza the young man behind counter me a side eye like he was annoyed and said have a nice day in an odd tone.
