Mixed feelings I'd say. Came for 2 orders All You Can Eat Wings.. value is ok I guess, good deals on wings aren't as common these days.. service and wait times very slow.. Got served drinks pretty quickly but food took way too long to come out. Waitress was nearly impossible to hear, she kept whispering for some reason? As for the food itself.. I find it strange they give you such a small portion of fries.. surely they must be dirt cheap and fill people up cheaper than wings? I had to ration them so I didn't run out. Wings themselves started out better then progressively got less appealing. They were nice and small fryer sized at first which I prefer because the wings weren't crispy enough to begin with. Later refills they started giving us these gigantic drumsticks that were just kind of too big and chewy.. and that's what lead us to ask for our bill and leave before we were really truly satisfied.. I would've liked another couple rounds but knew we were supposed to be forced into eating huge oversized drumsticks we didn't want.. Would probably be a 3 star experience BUT we happened to luck into $5.50 pints while we were there and that's a fantastic deal. 4 stars.. wings need to be cooked crispier and stop dumping the weird jumbo drumsticks on me once we hit the refill stage please. Then we'd come back. ALSO: Why no Innocente beer? They've got a great Pilsner

We were here trying out the all you can eat wings. It turned out to be a total terrible experience. This was a Saturday lunch time (1.30pm) and there was only one waiter. Our first round and second round came with 8+ wings but every time we waited more than 20 minutes. Starting the third round there were only 4 wings given. The waiter directly refused our request when we asked if we could continue having one pound of wings instead of just 4. I deeply appreciated whoever served us because it got busy from time to time. But the long wait time and small portions were completely unacceptable. More over, our water cups were completely empty, and no one helped refill despite they definitely saw these empty cups when serving rounds of wings. If the restaurant cannot accommodate all you can eat with a true AYCE sprit, rather just being passive aggressive: encouraging customers from ordering and turning them away with small portion and slow speed; then just don’t host this kind of promotion and embarrassing yourselves. The picture is us hopelessly waiting for our fourth round, just for another 4 small-as-hell wings for 20 - 30 minutes in between each round.

Hugely regretted turning up to this place! My wife ordered all you can eat Wings, first round came out a little slow so she tried to order the next round as she was being served. She was told she needs to eat up before she can place the second order, this meant she waited a whole 20 mins for a lousy supposedly 8 chicken wings but they only delivered 5. At this point we didn’t have the patience to order anymore. I asked for vinegar for my fish and chips, Paulina asked me whether I would like white or malt, but failed to deliver either. My free refillable drink was empty for over 25 minutes and was only asked whether I’d like a refill when we were ready to leave. Wish we had read the reviews before going there seems like our experience is quite common these days at this place.

My Dad and I went last night and the experience was so poor. The food was so bad, from the way it looked to how it tasted, we ordered the tacos, they came out stone cold, soggy and missing half the ingredients that were mentioned on the menu. We ordered two small garden salads that came in tiny bowls and cost almost $6. The waitress didn’t check on us once after we got our food and it was very evident we were unimpressed. Then she forced us to close out our bill with her by saying the section we were in was no longer going to be looked after. So I asked, so we can’t sit here if we want service? And she said well it just won’t be good because the servers are behind the bar. The Guinness was poured so poorly, at one point I watched it overflow for about a minute before I had to tell the bartender what was happening. My Dad told me the men’s washroom was littered with paper towel all over the floor and they closed an hour earlier than what their online hours said. To boot, not once, did I see a manager otherwise I would have let them know all of this in person. As someone who works in the industry as well, this place will not last with that kind of...
