Lucky Dragon — Restaurant in Welland

Ordered a hot and sour soup,(the options showed chicken or tofu znd i picked chicken) and a chicken fried rice.When i west to pick up,the rates were higher than almost 10 $ than what was shown in the menu.

I asked about this and the lady from the kitchen started shouting at me saying that i made a wrong order.When i was sure that ,i made the right order and tried to stay on my point,the lady started yelling at me.The other staff tried tocalm her down .but she kept on yelling and replied me that ."i dont care" when i mentioned about google review.I ended up picking only thefried rice as they were giving me something else other than hot& sour soup.I left the place and came home. At home when i opened the chichen fried rice,another surprice.No chichen at all and it was all egg whites,cut in shape of the chicken.Wondered for few minutes that if iam still living in Canada where we have lots of consumer rights???? What can we do about...

Never in my life have I ordered take out and threw it in the garbage. Until today. My friend and I ordered combo c3 . . Zero flavour. Rice is bland with two pieces of carrot. Ginger beef is old dried out beef. And the bean sprouts taste like they grabbed a handful of sprouts at Sobeys and directly dumped them raw into our container , no sauce , crunchy as hell just everything was repulsive. And don’t tell me the chicken is chicken there is NO WAY that soft gooey consistency white strip of something was chicken. The only thing edible was the spring roll. So mad that this was our only take out night this month and we gave this place a shot. 🤮

The only thing I can say positive , is my friend asked for our money back which I wasn’t going to do I didn’t think they would based on reviews. But they did without a hassle and didn’t make us feel terrible. I do...

I live in a duplex. There's two doors which are clearly marked "apartment #1" and "apartment #2" I gave VERY specific directions to have the delivery driver go to the door that was marked #2. I mentioned this multiple times over the phone. Still, they went to the wrong door which is alright. What's not alright is the delivery driver getting confrontational with my girlfriend because he knocked on the wrong door. I was amazed at how rude this person was. Additionally, there were items missing from our order despite the fact that we had the order read back to us over the phone and everything was correct. Clearly the person answering the phone isn't very competent and it's unfortunate that the delivery driver has to deal with it. I will never order...
