Please read to the bottom - I had food from there a few times and it was good . Ordered again today and I was extremely disappointed . Our food was uncooked , I know Chinese food the veggies are el Dante but at least tender . Our brocoli , carrots , and other veggies were literally barely room temperature . There was no moisture or flavour in our dishes, they were so dry, barely no sauces in our beef and vegetables , our Cantonese chow mien also was tasteless , no sauce and 3/4 of the noodles were uncooked so they were hard and crunchy . Our rice was Luke warm at best . And no soya sauce packets were even given . Plus a heads up they now charge $8 for delivery if you don’t spend $65 before taxes . It was free if you spent $35 . I know gas and everything went up . But to double the amount you have to order and almost double the delivery cost when you serve raw veggies and uncooked noodles is ridiculous! So not happy . EDITTED : I usually don’t make reviews or complain .I hate “Karen’s” lol But I was so disappointed . I’m not rich and ordering out is a special treat for us . So I ended up calling them personally to let them know how poor our meal was . They were polite and very apologetic and offered to refund our meal . But being we did not eat ( literally threw out most of it, it was that bad) we opted for our meal to be done again as we have always liked our food from there before . They had no issues with remaking our order . It was hot , cooked to perfection and had the usual flavour with optimum amounts sauces . Thank you Lung Fung for not hesitating to correct this and making it right . Your back in as one of our favourites again . Ive changed the rating to 4 stars because they did come through...

I recently ordered at Lung Fong and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I ordered the dinner for four, anticipating a delightful meal, but was left disappointed.

The food arrived astonishingly quickly, in just 15 minutes, which initially seemed like a positive. However, it became clear that this rapid preparation came at the expense of quality. The dishes were bland and lacked the vibrant flavors typically associated with Chinese cuisine. Additionally, the texture of the food was gelatinous and unappealing, giving the impression that it was not freshly prepared and the meat was old.

While I had high hopes for Lung Fong, the experience was not satisfying. I hope they can improve the quality and freshness of their offerings in the future.e it was...

What a terrible experience. I didn’t have a menu so when I called I asked what was in the family of 4 meal and ordered the meal that with tax was $75. I received a completely different order and the bag was packaged so terrible with nothing at the bottom of the bag it leaked hot soups down my legs as I brought it to my car. When I called to tell them about not having the right items he told me that was the deluxe family of 4. Even though he was the one I spoke with 30 min earlier. He offered for me to come back and get more soup and that’s all they would do. The food was bland overcooked and inedible. The meat was slimy and the chicken was saturated in oil.
