What a delightful little spot in downtown Welland! All fresh, housemade mini and regular-sized cheesecakes in a variety of fruity and chocolatey flavors - something for everyone. INCLUDING VEGANS! It's often difficult to find a decadent dessert, so I was thrilled to discover Mama. I live in London so messaged her on Facebook to confirm they had vegan options available. She replied promptly and went out of her way to keep me updated. The vegan cheesecakes are topped fresh when you order, and that day she also had an Oreo flavor. Chocolate and plain bases were available with strawberry, cherry, raspberry, blueberry and chocolate toppings. She tells me they are made with cashews and chickpeas. Heaven! The first four cakes in the photo are vegan. I highly recommend this small local business. Mama is clearly passionate about what she does.

Was trying very hard to find a bakery that would do a small cheesecake to surprise relatives with for their 20th anniversary (their wedding cake, years ago, had been a cheesecake) and Mama Misfit's came through like a dream! Not only did they craft a beautiful 2-layer cake with flowers that like a modern-mini version of the original cake... they did so in two delicious flavours (butter tart and Oreo). The cake was a HUGE hit and was declared to be even more delicious than it was beautiful (not too dense, not too light, not too sweet - and very flavourful). Thank you, Mama Misfit's, for making a special day that much more special! (1st pic is close-up of cake; 2nd pic features hands for size comparison - perfect for a couple to share with some leftovers!)

Wow! BEST Cheesecake ever! The variety of flavours to choose from is incredible and the taste....sensational! I don't see how anyone could be disappointed! The owner is very friendly and provides exceptional customer service. This was the first of many visits yet to come! Such a delight to learn of such a great dessert place in Welland! And the coffee was also delicious! I can't believe its taken me this long to experience this little piece of heaven on earth!

This is my go-to place for any cheesecake cravings!! Also having my own businesses I understand the importance of supporting Small Businesses so I have ordered from here for the last handful of birthday occasions and Yummy Yummy everytime! Lots of varieties to choose from! We have a Nut Allergry in the family and even though there are nut options on the menu, when I order directly and specify the Nut Allergy I have full trust that my order will be taken care of with no worries.
