Scott's Pizza Burger — Restaurant in Wellington North

Where do I start? How about the portion size…my burger with an upgrade to poutine combo was over $20. I would be ok with that if there was more than 15 French fries worth of poutine. Secondly, poutine is made with cheese curds not grated pizza mozzarella. Thirdly, why is there nutmeg in the gravy??? Is adding nutmeg to the gravy a local thing? Because Harry Stones in Harriston does it as well. It completely ruins it. And last but not least, all I could taste on my burger was dirty grill grease like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in a few months. Over half of my meal went in the garbage. Placed an order by phone for a large pizza based on the menu on their website. (Was going to get 5 toppings then noted the website said 5-8 toppings for $18.99 so I ordered 8 toppings). Also ordered deep fried pickles for $6.49. When I picked up, the total was over $40! When I questioned it, I was told the prices had been changed, it was now $3 per topping! I mentioned the website and the lady said “he” changed the prices a while ago. I get that prices can change, but perhaps they could have told me this when I called in the order?!? All around quality food and service. I have been ordering take-out from Scott's Pizza Burger for about a year now, and they have never disappointed. It is a busy place with a large staff (at times). Nevertheless, my orders have always been on time and the quality of the food is consistent, which is excellent.

In a time when customer service seems to be fading away this place really has their act together. My compliments to the management, who have obviously taken the time to train their employees well, and to the staff for their professionalism. It is clear that you take your work seriously and it is...
