Nino Pizza Smithville — Restaurant in West Lincoln Township

Ordered pizza and wings for pick up, the delivery driver took our wings for delivery, and the staff laughed about the mistake THEY had made as if it was a joke. The delivery driver completed all his delivery orders before returning back 15-20 minutes later with our wings that were barely in the container by the time they rolled around in his car for his deliverys. We order here quite a bit and the service is usually good but this experience is making me second guess ordering from Ninos again.

UPDATE When I finally got home, the pizza was ice cold along with the wings. We called and spoke to the manager (who was there during the entire ordeal) and advised him of the situation. He was apologetic and offered to make us a new pizza and wings (that we of course had to go pick up ourselves because delivery would have taken an hour), when my wife went to pick up, the manager spoke to her and continued to apologize and said he was trying to figure out why I was standing there to begin with (but did not ask me why, because I would have gladly told him). I do appreciate the effort to try to compensate us but I feel as though the entire situation could have been handled better, especially because I asked one of the girls cashing me out if there was anything they could do to compensate for the poor service and she did not even ask the manager or make an effort but rather made excuses. All in all, I am raising my review to a 3 star. I do feel that the staff should be more considerate of customers and should own up to there mistakes rather than making a joke of it and making excuses. As I've seen there have been some poor reviews lately, my advice to the owner is do your best to take care of your customers, I know things can be busy and stressful and I 100% understand that, but without the customers you wouldnt have your business, especially in a small town. Best pizza around. Quick delivery, delicious food and friendly staff

Edit/update: when Nino's first opened, they were great. Delicious pizza, speedy delivery, etc. but as time has gone on, the service really has changed. The pizza is still delicious but we will no longer be ordering from there due to the number of mix ups on our placed orders. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and wings over the phone. When I went to pick up, the worker claimed he didnt get my 2nd pizza order. So, I had to wait while they made it and my other pizza and wings went cold. Not even an offer to deliver since it was his error. Then, when I finally got my order home, the initial pizza was the wrong toppings. My husband went back since the guy wasn't willing to help in the phone and kept saying it's what we ordered. Then when he went to the store they tried to argue him saying that's what we ordered. WHY on earth would we drive back, with a pizza, while the other went cold at home to say it was right!? Instead of just accepting his error. Nothing was offered or comped except a pop. This is happening far too often. Lesson learned- always check pizza before leaving the shop AND order elsewhere to...

I recently visited here and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I ordered a medium veggie pizza with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and black olives. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce was flavourful with just the right amount of herbs and spices. The toppings were generous and fresh. The melted cheese pulled apart in delicious strings. With every bite, I could taste the high-quality ingredients they use. Overall, from the food to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this...
