First time at Touch Down Willies and we really enjoyed ourselves. We stopped in at 5:30pm on a Sunday. Didn’t realize it was one of 2 wing nights they have during the week. Little line when we got there but that’s to be expected if a place has great wings. Waited about 10 minutes and we were seated. A few minutes later a nice young lady took our drink order and about 10 minutes later had taken our food order. I was very surprised we received our order so quickly about 10 more minutes. Mind you 4 out of 5 of us were having wings. My son had pierogies. The wings were $1 each which is pretty good considering most places charge $12 - $16 for a pound (8-10) depending on size. We had garlic bread with cheese and bacon and a platter of mozza sticks. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Total bill for 44 wings, 1 mozza sticks, 1 garlic bread with cheese, 1 plate of pierogies, 4 bottles of Dads root beer, 1 ginger ale and 2 large pints of Keiths came to $110. $22 a head for a dinner out is a pretty good price these days. Atmosphere was nice. A little load but to be expected when the place is packed. We will definitely go back and would recommend anyone passing through or stopping in Smithville should definitely give them a try.

We went back for the wings and they are big, cooked perfectly, sauced perfectly and are so good. We got them breaded and had 3 lbs, 1 lb Willy style, 1 lb medium butter and 1 lb Forty Creek and they were all excellent. Definitely the best wings around. Being pretty much the only restaurant in town we decided to give it a try. It's a lot bigger than we expected. It is very clean and has sports themed decor. I had the fish and chips special which was up there with the best I've ever had and a great deal on Fridays. My wife had the French onion soup which she said was delicious. We took a couple of bowls of Buffalo chicken soup to go which was oh so good. The prices are great and the service was some of the best we've had anywhere. I'll be going back to try the wings. Great Burgers too.

The beer was cold but there were a lot of flies. Staff is friendly and the food arrived quickly but there were too many flies so it was stressful to eat. Large TV screens and plenty of parking. I’m genera the pub looked clean and well lit. Two pig related items in the mami are no longer served but I don’t mind cause I won’t be coming back.

Went on Wing night with friends and we were told there would be a wait. Yes we waited about 30 minutes for a table but once seated we were served our beverage of choice but told we had to wait to place our order. About 10 minutes later our order was taken, 6 orders of wings for 4 people 3 orders hot and 3 orders different sauces along with 2 orders of the veggie sticks and dip. Veggies arrived right away and we waited for the wings. By the time the wings arrived we were on our second picture of beer. The wings were very tasty and BIG so big that between the 4 of us we couldn't finish them. We had about 14 left over. We wanted to pay the bill and get on our way but the waitress said this is a dine in only and you have more than a pound of wings left! I will have to charge you for an order of take out!??? Or sit there and eat them?? 4 wings per person? But she say it as an order. We tried to choke down a few more but couldn't. About 10 minutes later she showed up with 2 take out boxes and handed them to us and went for the bill. I truly thought this was wrong and left a really bad taste in our mouths. Also we were told that because we ordered 24 wings hot she had to charge us for 25 as there was no "24" button?? 3 x 8 wings = 24? What started out as a fun night turned into a bad taste and with so many places with wings we will be looking elsewhere. As a side note maybe our waitress was having a really bad day and shared...

I have only been going here for two years as we just moved to town. Last year the food and service was wonderful. My past three visits during the day have been horrible. Not only are the day staff rude, preferring only to converse with possible friends while we wait 20 minutes just to asked if we would like anything to drink. I take my children and they have no patience for extremely long waits while everyone else is served. My mom waited just over 40 minutes for a tea. To top it off service comes with a sneere. And the last time I was there for the DAILY special wings, I was told I can not buy them during the day and it's not a DAILY special like the menus and Web say but an evening special. I think you should fix the menu if this is the case. Terrible. I'll be taking my business for my family of 7 to smithville pizzeria and SBB in the creek so I can have friendly and...
