Subway — Restaurant in West Vancouver

I just walked out. Got a 6-in turkey breast sandwich and the guy just grabbed a bun from the breadbox and tore it in half with his hands so that half the toppings were being put on top of the sandwich?? I asked him oh are you not even cutting buns here anymore??? It honestly felt like I was on a hidden camera show or something I've never seen food prepared so carelessly. It was insulting as a customer. Very weird experience and I will not be returning

Update after reply Working construction for 15 years I've probably eaten 2500 Subway sandwiches. I'm not sure if you are accusing me of lying or something but I watched this happen. I am a regular customer here. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients, warm and one of the best throughout Canada like any other Subway sandwich with consistent high quality at a very good price. In fact I order multiple footlongs on every visit using deals on Subway mobile app because the food is healthy and I can cover my daily nutrient intake without purchasing any grocery, at less than the cost of grocery ie it is a wholesome diet!

You have to order ahead. A very few of the individuals, who are impatient, can have a bad service for various reasons like a bad day or some other unreal factor, however I make it a habit to order on the Subway mobile app every week whereby I get rewards and deals both!

A colossal ripoff. This ~$10 salad didn't even fill the container halfway up, when "extra lettuce" and lots of other veg was requested. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't even sell salads if you won't fill them with $1 worth of lettuce, and 1 tiny squirt of dressing for the whole thing. Literally less than a teaspoon. Ridiculous.

Picked up from them on the way to the ferry, so we were too far gone to go back to get them to fix this. When overpriced ferry food is a better deal, you know you're scamming your customers. At least we could get my daughter a good meal on board!
