I was in the area and wanted to grab some food quickly and this seems to be the only available place for takeout food at Caufield Centre/Square/Plaza (whatever it was). Service was fast but both presentation and value for money poor. I paid $20 plus for the "Assorted Sashimi" dish and I was somewhat surprised to see my food put in a polystyrene container. When I asked about the dish, the chef (?) clarified that by "assorted" they use any combination of fish as long as it's a variety. Well, fair enough. But will I visit again? Most likely not, for reasons similar to why I don't use fast food chains often.

One of the best sushi spots in WestVancouver with fresh and delicious Japanese menu. The service is always wonderful and the place is clean and always well maintained. The Oshi is our favourite here. The chef goes out of his way to make me a Gluten-free item, and I very much appreciate it. The host is very kind and caring. The restaurant is located in beautiful Caulfield Plaza. Very much recommend dinning or take out here.

I want to express my gratitude for this gastronomic orgasm 🔥We ordered 4 rolls, where Philadelphia + BC + Scallop rolls are among them. On top of that, these were THE MOST DELICIOUS Philadelphia roll in my life (so juicy, huge and every piece seemed to melt in my mouth). I've tried a lot of Philadelphia (my favorite) so I was blown away by how delicious a classic can be. We highly recommend this place.

I was very disappointed with the service and the food, especially considering the price. The food is bland nothing special. We order Udon Beef, Veg Sushi, and Bento Box Teriyaki. The waitress seemed put off by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. We ordered more than enough food, yet only one miso soup was served to us.

We made a mistake while ordering and politely asked if we could exchange two tempura’s (shrimp) for a vegetarian item. Instead of helping us, the waitress repeatedly pointed at us, which felt rude and unprofessional. We had to ask for extra soup spoons and bowls as it seemed like they weren’t ready to serve us.

The sushi was poorly rolled and kept falling apart. It seemed like they were more focused on saving costs than ensuring customer satisfaction.

I rarely write reviews, but given the area and the prices they charge, this place should be much better. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I get it, but when two people order enough food for four, a little more politeness would...

Honestly probably the worst customer service experience of my adult life. So bad that I can only laugh about it now. Shockingly bad. They write movies about these kinds of scenes going down in restaurants. The food was good. The sushi chef (manager? owner) had the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It was so bad, that it is now just absolutely hilarious that someone in hospitality could actually think it is ok to lecture customers on what to expect when receiving food. Requesting a customer to google the contents of a dynamite roll is really something else. It's too bad, the food was good. But that staff member is just beyond what I could ever endure again. He did advise that I research how 10,000 other lower mainland sushi restaurants prepare dynamite rolls. And you know what? I think that I will, because I won't be going to Mega Sushi...

I got the family tray A. The content was a joke. A bunch of cheap small sushi, small roll of California and some sashimi for $47. The quality is not there and the rice was hard. We got this tray for 2 ppl and we definitely weren't stuffed. I don't know how this place gets such high reviews. The reviews are either fake or the patrons have not tried the amazing sushi in Vancouver. This is not my first time there and I remember now that I was disappointed last time too.

*The owner's reply is also extremely off-putting. I got the tray a few days ago and the price is after-tax. By trying to deny that I got it from your establishment is plain dishonest. There is only one sushi place in Caufield and I still...
