Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Western Mature Area

Updating as of Mar 20th, 2018. Sadly, their speed of service seems to be wildly inconsistent. Ordered a meal today, and the person behind me had barely been able to put their order in before I received my food.... Which I received about five minutes after ordering. Afterwards, the six or so people in line wound up waiting upwards of fifteen minutes just to order...

Worse still, was despite there being a line out the door, only one till remained open, with no support being given to the one person on till.

Also, one would assume that ordering a panini that the bread would be crispy toasted, the cheese melted, and the meat inside warm. Nope, somewhat soggy bread, cheese that only a small portion had melted, and worst of all was the cold meat.

Top that off with a lukewarm coffee and I've pretty much sworn off this company, which is a pity because I used to really enjoy their food.

Original review: I'm not a fan of their coffee, but their sandwiches are fairly tasty. Speed of service at this location is alright, but can slow down a decent amount if a number of people order sandwiches (or breakfast foods) back to back due to there not being as much space for...

Daily drive threw customer for the last year or so, has been phenomenal up until what I assume has been recent hires(this pertains almost entirely to after noon/evening staff), no one paying attention to a drive threw lane (have had to holler to get attention as I watched the other lane just plow threw and have just been stuck waiting when empty) and short, discourteous responses like "what", "yo", and "ya" , and unless this is a new change as other locations within 5 mins have no issues, claim they stop serving breakfast items after a certain time, and from my understanding it's been all day breakfast since 2018, I got a breakfast sandwich for dinner a week ago. At the very least if the availability has changed the app or the menu should say when, and the #1 result from coperates site shouldn't be contrary to the statement.

Now otherwise it's reasonably quick in the morning with the rush, food and drink is normally as you want it and the staff is typically on it (the morning drive threw guy will even double check the orders right when I order diffrent to the normal breakfast). All in all, one of my fav tim...

We just had a bad experience!

First, we ordered on the app on the way over. The app did not give us the option to purchase a bag.

Second, they stared to hand us our food items one at a time. We got food for three people with hot soup and chillies. They didn’t offer to give us a bag.

Third, the chilli had some on the outside so I had to clean it off before handing it to my wife. I was still at the pickup window for at least a minute more as we juggled our food trying to find a way to carry it all safely home. I’m sorry if we held up the line but we had to secure HOT food before driving.

Fourth, as we where still trying to organize ourselves the window opened again as they got ready for the next customer. Then as we drove away I head him say something like “holy” under his breath. My wife also saw him mouthing something at us. Not a professional employee. Tall bigger white presenting guy.

We did call the store supervisor to complain about the bag issue with mobile orders.
