I normally don’t leave reviews—especially for food, as experiences can vary and I usually just sort things out with the staff. However, I felt compelled to write this after how poorly I was treated by one of the staff members (the person in the jacket pictured). I placed an order for a gourmet thin crust pizza and 5 gluten-free chicken bites. After waiting about 25 minutes, I received a regular crust pizza instead. When I mentioned the issue, the staff member insisted that the order was correct and claimed he confirmed it with the owner. However, he didn’t seem to understand what a gourmet thin crust pizza even was. When I asked if he could contact the owner again to clarify, he responded sarcastically in front of other customers, saying something along the lines of, “Do you think my owner will come driving here for your $20 pizza?” He also made a personal remark about my glasses, saying something like, “You have four eyes and still can’t tell what pizza you got.” It felt completely unnecessary and offensive. Read moreI've ordered twice now from this location , and both times there have been issues. The first time, I thought I selected contactless delivery, but then the doorbell rang late at night. My dogs, who are highly reactive, went crazy and woke up the entire house. I assumed maybe I had made a mistake.
However, today I placed another order and I know for certain I selected contactless delivery. Yet again, the delivery driver rang the doorbell multiple times, setting off my dogs and waking everyone up.
On top of that, when the driver handed me my pizza, he only brought one of the four sauces I ordered. I understand there's a "50 minutes or it’s free" policy—but let’s be honest, it used to be 40 minutes, and I’ve never received a free pizza even during rush hour delays.
All I ask is that you take your time and get the order right. I shouldn't have to write a complaint or review to get basic service done correctly. It’s especially frustrating when I’m hosting something like a birthday party and not everything I paid for shows up. Just put in the effort to make sure the job is done right the first time..

Read morethis place must have changed owners recently or just replaced all their staff. it used to be a good experience, and now the people behind the counter look like they don't want you there. it is not the first time I deal with rude staff at this store in the last few months. I walked in last night up to the counter. the man working there was sitting behind the counter at the end of the store, made eye contact with me, and it was as if I did not exist. did not greet, did not get up, did not move.. just kept looking at me in the eye. I looked around and took a few steps around, he did not move again and kept looking at me. finally I sat down at the bench in front of the counter and waited. eventually he dragged himself to the counter and just said "yes?". I mentioned I was picking up an order, he grabbed the pizza, put it on the counter, punched in the numbers in the debit machine, and turned around.
