There are serious problems with this location - maybe the entire franchise....the ONLY thing that was good about our lunchtime visit was Liam, the friendly, attentive waiter. Where do I begin, $19 for a small (6 slice) but they say it is 8 slices - it was 6...and if it had been cut into 8 the slices would have been an inch at the crust... pizza is terrible. The quality of the cheese and toppings is deplorable. Is there any meat at all in that Italian sausage? Looks like all filler....the crust is the poorest quality crust I have ever had....over kneaded (but let's face it, they aren't making the crust in house - it is rock hard) the hot peppers were totally tasteless and it was all over cooked. The bathrooms had no toilet paper in 2 stalls (this is 11am) and one tap in the 2 sink area didn't work. There was urine that looked like it had been there overnight in one toilet and those bathrooms were not cleaned this morning. The front hostess desk was void of any after dinner candies (the dish was empty) the front doors were all fingerprints and the glass was streaked and hadn't been cleaned and the place had only 2 tables of diners when I left at 12:15....save for a Christmas party in the bar....this is Friday lunch during Christmas season? Wow. I will never be back. I left Liam a very good tip...but my biggest tip to you Liam, is get the hell out of there and get a job in a restaurant that is good and helps you shine at what you do very well. This place is far, far beneath you.
Well...if only I could take away that one star....on Friday night at 8:17 pm, someone named Matt (who I later found out is the manager of the whitby north and the uxbridge stores) called me....Friday night at 8:17. After assuring me that the pizza we were charged for was the incorrect one (but no offer to correct that over charged product) he asked me if we would give the restaurant another chance.... I honestly assumed he was going to make it right and at the very least give us another pizza we actually paid earlier for ($19)...he didn't!!!! He wanted us to go back there on 100% OUR dime...again (after he admitted we were given and charged for the wrongly - overpriced pizza)...I was so disillusioned..I asked him if he would pay for another visit to rectify at least that pizza....and he said - and I quote..."I am not authorized" O.M.G. am I on Candid Camera??? Is this a joke? I don't want anything free from this company....all I wanted was half decent food...and some toilet paper to wipe myself and some water to come out of the tap to wash my hands after I had no toilet paper to even wipe myself with when I went to the washroom....This guy...Matt...is so perfect for the person I expected to run this...

From the moment we were seated, Heather demonstrated a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness that is hard to come by.
Heather's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she provided excellent recommendations based on our preferences. She took the time to explain the specials and even offered some insightful suggestions for customizing our orders to suit our taste buds.
Throughout the meal, Heather consistently checked on us, making sure our drinks were topped up and that we were satisfied with our food. She was quick to address any requests we had and did so with a warm and friendly demeanor that made us feel truly valued as customers.
What impressed me the most about Heather was her ability to strike the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
In addition to her excellent service, Heather's attention to detail was impeccable. Our table was always neat and tidy, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Her efficiency and grace in managing multiple tables were commendable.
Overall, Heather's exceptional service significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience at Boston Pizza. She is a credit to the establishment, and I would highly recommend requesting her as your server if you have the opportunity. We showed up at 5:45 to be then told they have no pasta sauce at all so they weren’t serving any kind of pasta. No phone call to tell us they just left it to Eden experience was not very good at all. My seven year-old granddaughter ordered bugs and cheese and the smell from it was so horrific of garlic. She couldn’t even eat it and let me remind you. It was her favourite meal and ate it there many times I asked to have her food switched out to which then turned into an argument with the management on telling me that they do not use garlic in that restaurant at all and that she was gonna go check the cameras at this time. I couldn’t understand what she’s going on about checking cameras what are you checking cameras for? Are you gonna go check to see if you cook through garlic in the food because you just said there’s no garlic You also said you were gonna go back and taste it being very rude and disrespectful, I could not believe that I was sitting arguing at a dinner table with a party of 20 over one child’s dinner I will not ever be going back to this restaurant again. It was a big fat zero from start to finish. we should’ve just left, but we didn’t.
