Just really disappointed in my experience yesterday. I went to order the new Pecan Crunch Drink as it was advertised on my app, in the store and outside of the store. As I ordered, the staff member told me no, itās not available until the 1st of October. Absolutely no problem, I understand sometimes stores donāt get the ingredients right away, whatever! I ordered a different drink instead along with my partners drink. What I do not understand is why she then, after taking my order, went to a coworker and asked if they had it and the coworker said yes. They did this right in front of me while iām waiting for where the drinks are picked up. The staff member who took my order then looked up and saw I could see/hear them and ran over to continue to serve the next customer. I donāt understand why she would say no to me and then clarify after I already had to pay for my other drink? Or why she couldnāt have asked the person to then make it? Iām just really upset with the way she treated me like I didnāt exist and loudly asked her coworker, it was really uncomfortable. Then, the next order was that drink. My family of four goes in and each of us order our own coffees and some food. There were four coffees in total, not even specialty drinks and the first two drinks in personal cups were filled immediately. Then we waited, the food came out and we still waited for coffee. I looked over and saw they were brewing new pots so I wasn't bothered at first, but then other people's orders were coming out who had ordered after us. I heard the barista at the bar as the girl who took our order if two drinks were done, she said yes so the stickers were tossed. Finally after another couple minutes she comes over to ask us what we were waiting for. We explained the coffees were missing and she said they were in the personal cups, we said no there should have been four in total. She did get us our coffees after that but they don't taste right. I used to work for the company and I think she poured mine before the pot was finished brewing as it tastes very acidic. Just a disappointing...

This time my husband and myself tried double chocolate chip Frappuccino (on the right) and for a change I tried chai Frappuccino (yep, I thought letās try something with chai this time instead of coffee), turned out different and nice. If you like the flavour of cardamom, and you are a chai lover, you will find this awesome! I just felt a little high on sugar in this but overall it was nice experience trying it. Usually, I prefer to try different handcrafted beverages with their BOGo offer , those are super awesome ! But somehow now stopped allowing buy one get one offers on the app (not sure why, but this was good) and now we need to register on web for buy one get one and you get the coupon on email. You need to Walkin and order get your code scanned with the barista, didnāt like it though. Considering the covid situations, it should rather be more contactless and I wish Starbucks could go back to bogo offer via their app then I could...
