Terrible terrible service and zero stars is an overstatement for this place. There are not enough words in the dictionary to express this horrendous service we just receive. Our server Lisa forgot to punch in my husband's main meal and our app. My meal came and I ate by myself for 15 minutes. I had to flag her down to remind her we were still waiting for his food. When we said we want the bill as we no longer wanted to wait, she said ok and brought it right away. There was ZERO empathy and no apology for ruining our meal. I literally ate alone. When I asked for a manager to express my discontent, the RUDEST woman came to the table. Her attitude was atrocious. She was "acting manager" apparently. With a ton of attitude, she said she made a mistake and it is what it is. She was defensive and combative. This woman should not be working in the service industry, let alone represent someone's business. Disgusting. I will be expressing my discontent to everyone I know. You should be ashamed of yourselves for such a shameful experience. We were in on Sunday June 29 at 5 pm for reference. Service like this will tear a business down. In today's day and age when consumers pick restaurants based on Google reviews.. keep this up and you won't be around...

Absolutely worst place. Agree with other reviewers, no idea how this place has good ratings. Unless the whole place was sold off recently to someone else who changed cooks to wait staff, there is no way this place is good. Had to wait 45mins before a simple food was brought out. It wasn’t busy, not too many customers - and we had two diff people acting confused n checking on whether we ordered food. Looks like mismanagement n communication between the waitstaff n kitchen. Ridiculous entrees prices and thought well the food taste would compensate that. Ordered the ribs n salad, the salad was stale. Tasted like it was frozen n was microwaved before serving. Ribs was so old n dry and bland, I had to eat mine with ketchup jus to add some taste. And to pay $29 for that! Husband ordered the steak - $27 and it’s wasn’t sirloin, more like two small medallion pieces. Hardly would be $6. So disappointed. This place really needs a wake up call. Sometimes the surrounding is bad but food would be good. Service might be excellent n friendly that the mediocre food would still be appreciated. But this place had nothin - bad staff, food debris on the floor, unclean tables. Confused staff, bad cook,...

Wanted a home style cooked meal. My Daughter and l with her lovely Golden Retriever who turned 2 that day stopped in to the Coach House Pub. They had 2 lovely areas we could sit with the dog. We choose the beer garden area. Large open deck. Their was a large Birthday party going on as well as the customers. The staff were wonderful, and able to manage everything that was going on. Bravo Ladies you work amazing as a team! I have to give the kitchen staff high praise as well. I had the Yorkie filled with roast beef and gravy. The Yorkies were home made not frozen and the beef was so tender. My daughter had the shrimp linguine and ate every morsel(accept what she shared with the birthday boy). The portions were perfect size and that left us with a little room to share a wonderfully moist and well covered in toffee sauce sticky toffee pudding. Even the dog got some because it was his 2nd birthday. If you get the chance to go here you will not be...

We had a great experience at Coach House Pub. We really liked the very nice patio with big umbrellas that provided great shade, and we're looking forward to coming back in the winter to enjoy the cozy interior, which also was really nice. The food was outstanding. My wife had the Butternut Squash Ravioli, and I had the Chicken Parmesan, and both dishes were delicious. We also shared the loaded hummus, which was a huge portion and super tasty. The service was impeccable. Our waitress, Ella, did a super great job, and the timing for everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this pub for its delicious food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Cute place. Very small, so advise calling ahead to make a reservation. The staff is friendly and attentive. During the dinner rush our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. Food was great! Ordered the Steak and Guinness Pie, Mac’ n’ Cheese, and Coach House Curry Fries. Was expecting a “meat pie” style dish when I ordered the Steak and Guinness Pie so was slightly disappointed that it turn out being more of a stew with a pastry on top. The Curry Fries were wonderful! Great little British Pub with a small town atmosphere.

We popped over to the Coach House Pub for our weekly visit on around 6:30 on Sunday and sat on the patio and had I had the PEI mussels and my wife had the Butcher Steak and they were delicious! We joked and had a laugh with our server Lisa. The kitchen is fantastic, the atmosphere is lively & friendly and the service is great. It is our go to place to go in the the Stouffville/Balllabtrae area and our first recommendation to all of our Airbnb guests. Also great live music on Saturday afternoons.
