Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winkler

Ordered a pizza and wings. Delivered nice and hot, right in time. However, when leaving a note that leave everything by the door table, got a door bell a few times, even though it was clearly says “do not” as we have a newborn in the house and can’t open the door as easy as most of the people. The reason why we have got door bell ringing multiple times is because they were put of a sauce that we included in our order. As us both being managers, we would recommend promote better training for the staff and better communication to the managers of Dominos. As always, happy with the service at all the time. Delivery lady was nice and polite and we understand the hassle of her (would do the same thing) but as a manager would look at this as an opportunity. Usually domino's goes above and beyond to deliver delicious food and also make things right if my family should ever encounter an issue, but my last two orders were a different story. My last order which I just ordered today was questionable. I ordered online and ordered 2 hand tossed and 1 thin hand tossed. All three pizzas came on time but they all looked the same, no difference in thickness so I called to inquire about the mixup. I was put on hold for a few minutes which felt like an eternity with kids wanting to eat, they came back online and I explained my issue to only be told I did indeed recieve a thin. And if I wanted thin I should have ordered the crunchy thin! I said they were all the same and was put on hold again. I gave up, my kids wanted supper so we ate what we got. I have...

I like to use the Domino's mobile app which makes ordering so much easier. It has so many options and you can easily build your own pizza as well. The app also features it's many coupons readily available to you to make ordering that much easier. It gives you the option to pay with credit card or, for your convenience, you have the option to pay at store as well. Once the order it's placed, you get a progress bar so you can see exactly when you order is done. As well gives you the estimated time that it will be done so you can start heading to the store to pick it up or when it will arrive at your location.
