9/10 times my order is wrong. If I order a Mcdouble, I'll get a regular cheeseburger. Same thing for anything else, there is ALMOST ALWAYS something wrong. I've had to go back almost every time to have my order corrected. Sometimes they're nice, but the last few times have been absolutely terrible. First of all, I (anyone else) wouldn't be back if they paid attention to the orders and sent out the correct one. Today, this blonde girl told me "that she was told that I've been back numerous times in the past". Maybe its because my order is ALWAYS WRONG! Her tone was absolutely despicable. So she demands the receipt, which the Mcdonalds there conveniently never gives out anymore...So I just showed her the Mcdouble wrapping the burger came with (only proof I had) and the regular cheeseburger inside. I can't sum up how terrible that service was. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Eventually she demands (literally her tone) I come inside to speak to the manager, instead of dealing with it all at the window. Which I did and was able to get my money's worth. Reading through these I see I'm not the only one always getting the wrong order. Thats not the worst part, the worst part is they make us feel like we're doing something wrong for getting our money's worth, when they're the ones screwing up. The customer service there is pathetic AT BEST! Something needs to change. We as a community work hard for the dollars that we choose spend there. We deserve to get treated with respect. We deserve to see what...
Read moreI don’t often write reviews so this is something I don’t take lightly. I am a manager of a smaller business and I take great pride in serving customers, making sure their needs are met, that they are served promptly and to ensure they’ve had a great experience. I strive to do the best of my abilities and challenge myself because customer service is the most important asset to running a business smoothly.
Winkler Mcdonalds doesn’t even come close to my expectations. Not only is the food usually made wrong, the wait times for fast food are often slower then the local pizza joints. It’s often not fresh either. The staff is a huge downside to the business: they are often exceptionally rude, unpleasant and it often seems like you a burden for wanting to get something to eat. I’m often not greeted, not smiled at or even told to have a nice day. Simply handed my food and the window quickly slams in front of me shortly after.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of leadership and management that runs this business. It’s shameful to see so many bad reviews and yet the service and quality is still very poor. I would suggest to strongly stick with A & W or Tim Hortons if you want food in a faster manner that’s better quality. You will be greeted better, the food will be made promptly and the atmosphere is more customer friendly. McDonald’s could take some good advice from these other food companies that provide what they simply...
Read moreWaited in line for almost 30 mins only to be shouted at by Jagmeet. He told us to go back around and get back in line! He also shouted at us out of nowhere, someone else was helping us, not him. We did everything right, placed our order using the app, paid our order on the app as well, waited in line, gave our order number to the machine and then we were told to proceed to the 1st window, guy at the 1st window said to proceed to the 2nd window cos our online order is already paid. Now, when we got to the 2nd window, the person gave us happy meals, which isn't what we ordered so we didn't take them. She asked us what we ordered and we explained it's an online order and gave her the details. She said it's not here, and out of nowhere, Jagmeet shouted at us ("You can't order here! You have to go back in line and order at the back! Your order is not here!) and then slammed the window and we saw other kids inside giggling while this was happening. So we parked and I decided to go inside but Jagmeet blocked me at the door and tried to stop me from getting in. He wasn't even apologetic. He just said, "What's your order I'll just give it to you!". I told him I don't want it anymore and was finally able to get inside to speak with the Shift Manager who then gave me the number of their...
