Ordered 2 large teas 1 was earl grey 2 milk 1 sweetener the other was a orange pekoe tea 2 milk 1 sugar the person making the teas reversed the order now if it had been busy then it could be an excuse but at the time it wasn't and I had gone inside to order that was yesterday, today was even a worse disaster as I had gone through the drive thru with the same order( also not busy )this time they got the earl grey right but put CREAM NOT MILK in the orange pekoe went in to correct it and the girl started to give me a coffee had to correct her on that and then tried to give me one teabag instead of the 2 these kids as they certainly are not adults are not trained properly even the manager who came out looked like she just turned 20, although this location has changed slightly they still dont listen carefully ordered a large Earl Grey with 1 milk through drive through, on menu board it said I had ordered one orginal blend & my Earl grey it took another 5 minutes to straighten the whole thing out, when I got to the window for pickup here is this kid sparring around with other staff members while they were doing their respective jobs all the while he had the headset.daytime is a tad faster however night seems to only be ablv3 to serve one customer at a time from order to window even when there is a lineup not sure why as they are supposed to be trained to serve...

Do yourself a favour and don’t go to Tim’s if you’re expecting an...
