Start with the positive. The wait staff were very good. Active but not pushy. The restraunt was very clean but airy. Noise from other tables seemed to travel. Quite loud. The food was below average. Everything seemed like it had been sitting out too long. Baby green salad was well wilted. I had to inform the wait staff about the greens then they were replaced. Whipped cream on the deserts were dried out. Yorkshire puddings were overly dry and tasted like oil. Prime rib was good but over done. Some dressings in the salad bar weren't labled. Horse radish for the prime rib wasn't labled and was weak. Soups were not labled. Sounds like I'm being picky. The buffet, which wasn't very extensive, was $39.99!!! Not a good dining experience. We won't be back.

I ordered the French toast which comes with 3 slices of toast.and was only given 2 slices. I mentioned it to the one server and was told sorry. Which they never brought the 3rd slice then upon paying they charged full price for the meal. And on top of it they forced a tip there was no option for no tip.im not happy at all. The prices are outrageous as well. We went back for lunch as we are at this hotel for medical. My girlfriend got a salad and the amount of dressing they put on it, you may aswell call it a soup!

Took our 2 kids for Sunday Brunch here, and it was good. Kids had pancakes, meatballs, bacon, fruit and some jello etc. We had eggs benedict and hashbrowns, bacon and sausage etc. Prices were good for the adults and kids were $1.50 for each year old they were. Would visit again.

I have been staying here for four weeks now, going onto week five. I must say that the attention and service here are beyond exceptional. I eat here daily (breakfast and some nights dinner) and and I always walk out with a smile on my face, and a happy tummy. Anjali, one of the servers here, I see almost daily and she is super attentive and super super friendly. She always has a smile on her face and makes my experience that much better. Great conversations too. Ravneet, Pietro and Gurch (hope i got that right) also work here and also pay great attention to service and are very friendly. All in all I have greatly enjoyed my time eating at Altos and would highly recommend it to others. Their weekend buffets are incredible. Also the chefs here know what they're doing!

Thank you to all the staff here at Altos. I hope I'll see you again...

We called ahead and asked if there was a Thanksgiving brunch on Monday Thanksgiving day. We were told over the phone that there was indeed a Thanksgiving brunch. we got there at noon and we're disappointed to find that the Thanksgiving branch was primarily a breakfast buffet. What was considered a Thanksgiving meal consisted of fried hashbrowns, stuffing with curry, no vegetable and very little turkey left. I had perhaps two pieces of turkey and my husband who likes dark meat had scraps and one small piece of white. They were all out! There was gravy and salad.

I brought this up to the manager who apologized. That's all. I said that the brunch should not have been advertised as a Thanksgiving meal. Very disappointing for the price which was well over $30 per person.

My daughters and I visited last night for the seafood buffet, but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

The rice and pasta dishes were plain, and the roast beef was cold, likely another days "special."

I noticed other tables had candles and butter pans set up, along with crab, which was missing from our experience, and we could not find it anywhere.

When we were leaving, I asked the waiter about the crab, and he mentioned it needed to be ordered separately, even though it’s part of the buffet. He admitted he’d forgotten to ask us, but there were no signs or explanations indicating this, so we had no idea.

Despite not receiving the main item we came for, we were charged full price. Disappointing experience overall, and we likely won’t return to this location...
