Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ok I need to make one thing clear: The Autumwood winnipeg location needs to be SHUT DOWN. Do NOT order from the Autumwood winnipeg location.

They do not bring you your food, they still charge you for food you never received. I've had delivery drivers from this location steal my food in front of my face, I've had the delivery driver leave half my order at the hut and proceed to tell me it's to far to turn around and go get my order but I needed to pay for the full order. I had him curse at me because HE messed up. Then the same hut refused to take my calls after every single time I've had an issue with them. I tried giving this location another chance but it's just trash. The customer service is NOT THERE, they are unprofessional, they steal food and your money and will not refund you. If you order online you are lucky if your food even shows up.

Save your money and go in person do not order online and do yourself a favor and never order from the Autumwood location in winnipeg, the owner needs to be FIRED, and the delivery drivers need to be FIRED.

Well consider this a double review. We tried ordering last year for SuperBowl. The order got screwed up and took FOREVER to fix the problem. We thought we would give them a second chance as it had been a year and any new management hiccups were hopefully fixed. So again called to order on Superbowl. The person that answered the phone was trying to tell me that there $5 special was for ONLY 2 pizzas not 3 for $5 when you buy a large pizza. This took a while to sort out and then they put someone else on the phone at which point that person said sorry for the confusion. I said no problem, then he asked for our order. I told him we wanted to of $5 deals with the purchase of 2 large pizzas. He SERIOUSLY said " we are making 30 pizzas right now, can't you call somewhere else?" I said "PARDON???" He replied "It will take 2 hrs for your pizzas, we said that was fine there was no rush. He then again said " You will have to go elsewhere to order!!!" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF EVER!!!! ...Will also be sharing this with corporate. Questions below were answered based on the transaction ACTUALLY...
