I placed an order at this location by phone ordering two of their Unlimited Large 2-topping for $10.99 each promotions. At the end of the call the girl quoted my cost as being $34 and change. I hung up and took a second to think about it, $34 didn't make sense. So I called them back, this time receiving a male employee. I had him review my order and again he said it would be $34. For the two pizzas and 2 lava cakes that are free with the order.
So I called three other Dominos and had each of them quote me the cost for two of their Unlimited Large 2-topping at $10.99 each promos. Two locations quoted $30.21 and one other location again quoted $34 and change... so something is not right here. How would I be charged $4 more by 2 locations?
I checked the Dominos website, placed the same order and wouldn't you know it - the cost was $30.21 as quoted by 2 of 4 locations.
I called back the Osborne location and this time I asked they provide a receipt detailing the cost of my order.
2 hours later, I hadn't received my pizza. So I called to say they could cancel my order.
She says "sir this order has already been cancelled, driver said customer didn't take the call."
There is no way I received a call from this locations driver. No call log. I have call waiting... I would go so far as to have the driver show me proof they dialed my number in their call logs.
And how many times did they call? Once? Any calls I made during that period lasted
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised with my experience ordering from Domino’s. Like most people I don’t consider dominoes a high-end pizza restaurant. I decided to order from Domino’s because they are close to me and I haven’t had their pizza in a long time.
I ordered a large thin crust chicken taco pizza with extra spicy peppers on top.
The pizza itself was delivered within 22 minutes of ordering it which made me wonder if it was actually done or not.
Since it was a thin crust I guess it cooked rather quickly because it was well cooked and actually tasted pretty good. I would’ve liked a little extra cheese on it, as it was advertised having three cheeses, but all in all it wasn’t a bad pizza.
I would have given them 3 1/2 stars but they do not offer truly contactless delivery. I had to take the pay system from the driver, enter in a tip and tap my credit card, then hand it back to them.
I asked about just paying over the phone with my credit card and I was told that they don’t do that. I’ve ordered pizza from other establishments that allowed me to do this and it’s A better truly contactless system. I hope dominoes addresses this and allows people to pay over the phone in the future.
I would order from them again. The price was good andThe pizza was good. Not high end but certainly...

Extremely unprofessional.

For management is a complete failure at acheiving basic customer service.
And as a personal note,
I work in the sercice industry,
And your specific employee on Jan 21st 2019 11pm osborne street location, did a horrid job.
