Update: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. They’ve been consistent upwards now of that 90-95% for us... woohoo Domino’s!
From the fairly recent opening of this location to now, in our experience, this location has been excellent for approximately 85% of our orders. For my 5 stars, they’d have to provide us around 90-95% consistency! As well, they close earlier than the nearby Domino’s on Portage Ave and especially the Domino’s on South Pembina Hwy. This also warrants 4 stars instead of 5.
Domino’s as a chain prevails as the best-priced for the best products here in Winnipeg. No others that we’ve found yet in Winnipeg compare to the quality/taste and quantity that Domino’s provides for the price... they have excellent pizza (various sauces), cheese bread, and lava cakes- all for fair prices on the Domino’s app using various discount offers. Additionally, the prices are also fair with the use of various discount codes. Without discounts, the prices are a bit higher, but still lower than most other pizza places in Winnipeg. We use discounts just about every purchase.
Importantly, Domino’s has excellent customer service in comparison to places like Pizza Hotline. If Domino’s makes a mistake, they immediately make it right. We’ve had horrible experiences with Pizza Hotline’s customer treatment... many emails to no avail. With Domino’s you never even have to get to the step of emailing, but just express your concerns immediately and they make it right!
Domino’s makes places like Frank’s pizza look like a complete ripoff if comparing taste (quality), price, and quantity of food. Little Caesars has cheese as well as pepperoni pizzas for a lower price than Domino’s but to us, the quality/taste does not compare.

Read moreI would give 0 stars for the customer service, especially because of one lady who works during the night shift. She is extremely unprofessional with absolutely no customer service skills. I found out that she might even be the manager.
I called the store directly to ask if they could add garlic Parmesan sauce as the base, since the option wasn’t available on the Uber Eats app. I explained to her that “I want that sauce on my pizza,” but the app didn’t allow me to select it. I also clarified that “I haven’t placed the order yet; I’m just letting you know.”
Her response was to tell me to “place the order first.” However, after I placed the order, she refused to add the sauce and responded rudely, changing her tone. She said she could only add the sauce if I ordered through the Domino’s app.
Whenever the male staff members answer the phone, they always make the order exactly how I want because they understand that I’m paying for my food. I really appreciate their service. This lady, however, is ruining the store’s reputation. On Uber Eats, if certain options are unavailable, the app instructs us to call the store directly and specify what we want.
After that incident, they stopped picking up my phone calls altogether. I had to place the order through someone else because I really wanted pizza that day. I got frustrated and canceled my initial order, but I was charged $30 for nothing. Despite that, I placed the order again and paid a second time. At first, they even refused to send me the pizza, but somehow they eventually agreed to make it.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was terrible. The box didn’t even have a sticker to seal it, and the pizza was...
Read moreBeen ordering pizza from this location since it's a block away from my place over the past 2 years... and it seems over the last 6 months or so every second order I place is incorrect.
For example I ordered for pickup the other night which was a medium 6 cheese feast pizza with extra pepperoni and extra sauce and requested the pepperoni on top of the cheese. When I went to pick up my order it was just extra cheese and extra pepperoni so the guy at the counter said he would remake my order which was fine so I sat there and waited. Once I got home and opened the box it was a 6 cheese feast undercooked cheese (as I assumed he rushed it as I was waiting in store) and the pepperoni was not placed on top of the cheese as I requested... had to finish cooking the pizza in my own oven as the cheese was barely melted.
The previous order was a large Brooklyn with extra cheese and bacon crumble. Didn't not seem like extra cheese and instead of bacon crumble it was the Applewood smoked bacon...
Hard to want to place another order when even if I'm specific and ask them to read the order back it still turns out incorrect and I end up wasting $25 on a pizza that I used to...
