We ordered 3 pizzas, one without cheese, and garlic bread. When they showed up the 2 pizzas with cheese were correct. No garlic bread was delivered, instead they delivered cheesy bread. The pizza ordered with no cheese was delivered with provolone on it. When we called to get a new pizza we were told that if you order with no cheese they add provolone. When told that provolone is cheese and is an additional topping anyways, we were argued with over the phone. After telling us they would remake the pizza someone else actually called back to let us know another pizza would be made then for some reason felt it was necessary to point out Domino's carries 6 different kinds of cheese like it was relevant. If I order a pizza with no cheese, your 6 cheeses are irrelevant. That is a simple instruction. No cheese means do not put cheese on this pizza. No wonder "no" is still an issue in this world if this concept can't even be understood.
When the replacement was delivered, the delivery driver told us there's cheese in the crust anyways so if you're allergic you're allergic to all of it anyways. Cool, I appreciate the heads up but for one, you'd better not be putting cheese in a crust that is listed as not having cheese because that is a serious allergen issue and is definitely not okay. I'm not allergic beyond mild to moderate reactions to whey and casein but that's not relevant as we never mentioned allergies. Secondly, the pan pizza previously only listed butter as a concern for dairy ingredients, now there is no butter listed but there is whey. Third, the replacement pizza was delivered with a hint of sauce and toppings basically thrown at it. Not okay. Not edible, and I'm not trusting it if you're going to tell me there's cheese in it anyways.
I hardly ordered Domino's before this because most locations are awful to deal with and make orders correctly about 1 in 5 times. This was me giving Domino's a chance again and I'm happy to say I can promise I'll never support this...
Read moreWent in to order (We are a frequent user of Dominoes), there were no orders on the screen, 5+ people working, deliver drivers coming and going. In this chaos, my cheesy bread was forgotten, and was told my order would be longer. One of the delivery drivers opened his car door into my car while my wife was present and didn't even say anything when they made eye contact (Hyundai driver, gold piercings). I will not be going back to this location again. The only good thing that came of this was the girl (Ginie I think her name was) at the front who apologized for the length of wait because of one of the other employees . For the amount of people working, and how part of my order was forgotten, I got home to a cold meal. Should of just went home and got it delivered. I would of expected going in would be a lot easier and painless than this. Dominos Marion St.
Edit: Contacted customer support, and was told they could do nothing because I could not provide the order number (Did not keep my receipt). Went online to see if the order number was present under my Dominos account (Since I provided my phone number, assuming I would be able to view it) and not only could I not see my order, but I did not receive points toward my account. If I do not keep my receipt, how do I find my order number? Do I still get points toward my account...
Read moreI’ve ordered dominos many times in my life specifically the pan pizza, I always request it well done. And it’s always been perfect. Recently the location has changed to Marion… they are THE WORST. I’ve now had three raw pan pizzas not even remotely done, they reimburse me for a “medium pizza” each time. Which does not cover the pan pizza fee nor the delivery fee so I continue to have to pay for a new pizza that’s raw. RAW RAW RAW. It’s my fault because I should learn my lesson but the last time I ordered I placed my order through the app and then called to request that it was properly cooked. Once again it came raw. I’ve ordered from the Osborne location countless times as well done and that pan pizza comes perfectly crisp and well done. I didn’t even know it could be bad until Marion.
You will provide me with a canned response to contact an email but after emailing both dominos corporate and corresponding with your store… there has been ZERO change in your processes. A) reimburse my pizza fully aka free pan pizza with delivery charge and tax and b) don’t make me have to complain multiple times ACTUALLY change your procedures so this isn’t an issue. I literally will never order from you again this is it. And I will go to corporate to try and make changes.
Once again do not give me a canned response....
