Went to location for lunch. . Ordered fat boy burger combo . Was 24.00 ouch. Then waited. And waited some more. . Two customers in the place. Person came in after me got there food first. Gentalmen sat down to eat his burger. Opened it up touched it. Lady from kitchen runs out. Says to him sorry I Gave you the wrong burger. Takes it back from him. He was not impressed. . Then manager shows up to front to look at situation. Cook takes burger infront of manager wraps up says to me sorry this is your burger. Hope that's ok. No one offered to make a new burger or possibly some sort of correction action. Just here is your burger. Still did not see the rest of the meal. Maybe that was onnthe floor or in the washroom. Who knows what mystery lies with in. Demanded a refund. Left. No apologies were offered. Three high school kids at burger King would have done better. Initially, the family wasn't sure where to go but we had heard good things. Last minute decision was to try it out and dine in for lunch. 2 Fatboy combos and a kids cheeseburger fries. We upgraded the fries to a poutine. We were not disappointed. The poutine was huge! Loved it! Needless to say I took my fat burger to work for dinner. All smiles all around. I also wanted to point out the great customer service of the woman working the front cashier. She was outstanding at what she did and treating all the customers as a VIP.
