If I could give this place zero stars I would. It started with me calling in my order because I had received a text message offering me 20% off my next order if I called my order in. The person on the other line told me “that’s for walk-in customers only“. I said “does not say that on my text at all“. He put someone else on the phone. I started reading the text to her and she told me that it was for first time customers only. But my text clearly stated “thanks for your business“. Which would imply that I’ve purchased from them before. She was very rude and going over my order again. We finally got through it and she told me that my order would be delivered to me in 35 minutes.

45 minutes later, they called me to tell me that they had no potato wedges which was part of my order. They offered me another option and I chose boneless chicken wings. They called me back two minutes later to tell me they were also out of boneless chicken wings and asked me to pick something else. They also informed me that their bank machine wasn’t working and could I pay cash. I didn’t have cash on me so they told me they would come tomorrow for me to pay.

90 minutes later, I called them to ask them where my order is. The guy who answers the phone says “oh he’s outside your house“. I was literally standing in my yard outside of my fence. He says “yeah he’s there. Don’t you see him, he has a turban on“? There was nobody outside. Not a single soul. He says “OK let me get back to you in a second“. And he goes and talks to the driver. Then he comes back and says that the driver has been knocking at my door for 15 minutes. I’ve been on my couch the entire time and my couch is like 10 feet from my door. I don’t know where they were or if they were just full of it, but I’m super unimpressed. From beginning to end, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I told them to keep their food and not to show up to my house.

UPDATE: while I was on my way to McDonald’s, they showed up to my house and dropped the order off...

We ordered a shahi paneer pizza from here and went to pick it up after 30 minutes. To our surprise, they hadn’t even started making our pizza when we arrived. They only put it in the oven when I was there. To top it off, they gave us the wrong pizza but it was too late for us to go back as we noticed it when we got home. When I called them back to let them know about this, girl who picked the call giggled as she said, “Oh! We gave you the wrong pizza.” and didn’t even offer to remake us a new pizza!

I did not put my order through a third party application like skip, uber eats, etc instead I called you guys directly for placing an order.

When I called in, someone took my order and asked me to come after 15-20 minutes for picking it up. When I arrived at your location, there was a girl working and she said that they haven’t started prepping the pizza yet, they just put it in the oven when I showed up. I was asked for wait for another 15-20 minutes. Then after 15-20 minutes, I picked the “Shahi Paneer” pizza, when I arrived home, I found that it didn’t had the toppings that I asked for and to be very honest, I doubted if it was even a shahi paneer pizza. After a couple of minutes, I got another call from your store asking me to pick-up my pizza which in fact, I did already picked up. This means that the person who handover the pizza to me didn’t knew what was my order and handover wrong pizza to me and when I told them about this, instead of accepting what they did, they laughed and that was it.

Ordered a pizza online 2 hours before we wanted the order for pickup. Showed up 5 minutes before the order was due and was informed the order wasn't ready yet. No problem.

15 minutes later I'm still waiting and I hear the ONLY employee on the phone taking orders and no one around preparing the pizza. I had to actually ask the employee if she was going to get my pizza ready before she stopped answering calls and started to prepare my order.

The order was finally ready 20 minutes after we had requested it to be ready. To which the employee offered at can of pop as an apology...

Lastly we had ordered one of our pizzas with the pan pizza option ($3 additional charge), however our crust was just regular.
