I tried to order 2 pizzas online one with super thin crust and one with thin but I could not order the super thin crust online. I called in and was told to refresh my screen and try again and if it did not work to call back. It did not work and I called back after I had placed the rest of my order online. The agent told me she was going to call the store and change the order to super thin I tried again to explain that I wanted a second pizza ADDED to the order that I could not place online. She said she would have to call the store for some reason, I declined. At the store I complained to the store employee about the second pizza and asked if I could order and pay and could they deliver it? He said they could but I would be charged for delivery, nice empathy store employee. When I opened my pick up order there was no cutlery as requested and printed on the receipt. Hard, no impossible to eat the pasta dish we also ordered without any supplied cutlery. I called and complained again as the crust was regular not thin. Its just pizza not rocket science, placing an order should not take all day and if it does the order should be made right. If the customer takes the time to complain and explain to the store employee of the issue(s) the store employee should try to make things right and if they cant find someone in the store that can. Unfortunately I ordered again from this store the following week. I asked for 2 pizzas with 2 different crust types upon pick up they were both the same, It would appear that by placing an order has no impact on what will be made by the staff. Out of 5 possible pizzas ordered only two were correct.

Read moreBy far the worst place ever last two times I order they got it wrong. When I tried to call and complain the first time the girl hung up on me. Second time around they give me the wrong pizza I called it took them 40 min to bring me a new one then made me give back the other pizza and it wasn’t even the same size as the one they wanted back. So not only did they give me the wrong pizza when I picked up but brought me the wrong pizza THEN FOUGHT WITH ME INFRONT OF MY BUILDING. I am bilingual and understand speaking more then one language however when not all parties speak the same language and the driver is talking to the manager in his native how do I know the truth is being told? I asked him to repeat what he said that I wanted to understand and he provided to turn away from me. I asked for a refund and they denied me. WORST SERVICE EVER THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING CAUSE THEY ARE TO BUSY TALKING. They don’t even wear hair nets. We waited an hour and 20 minutes, and when the delivery girl came to our door it started off fine, then she handed me a debit machine. I only had cash (which i had said i would be paying with while it was being ordered), the girl asked if i had debit, to which i said no, and then she just said "Oh" and then stood there in silence, i wasn't sure what to do, so i ended up handing her the whole $40 cash because i had no smaller change. She gave me a half-meant "sorry", then left. After i had closed the door i could hear a chuckle coming from this girl as she was walking down the buildings hallway.
When my friends and I sat down to eat the pizza, i took a few bites and noticed that it had barely any sauce on it at all, it was just a whole lot of dough, cheese, and not even that much pepperoni. 2 of my friends found hair in their slices which was not any of our hairs.
