Pizza Pan & Charley Biggs — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I ordered food for my dad's birthday today off the website. There is a promotion where you can choose 3 items off the menu for 35.99 + tax. My brother picked it up and when he charged my card it was incorrect. I called the restaurant to tell them they charged me wrong and they proceeded to tell me that they changed the promotion price to 41.99 +tax. As I was on the phone with him I went on the website and it said 35.99 and I continued to tell them their price has not been reflected on the website NOR skip the dishes. I asked for my refund because I ordered other things as well which came to a total of about a $10 difference. I asked if they could give me something for the difference (more chicken, or fries) and the manager said no because they changed their price. I am very very disappointed as I have ordered from here multiple times and I also said if I knew the price was more I would not have ordered. How else would I order if not from the website? - which is incorrect. He just continued to apologize and say there is nothing he can do for me? How is there nothing you can do for me when you steal money from customers by over charging and not standing by your own website. Never ever going here again super upset. If I knew how I would attach the picture from the website to show everyone. Also the worker continued to tell me that he is also on the site and it says 41.99 (which is a lie). Being punjabi and supporting other punjabi establishments should be our joy, but unfortunately...

Had takeout chicken the other day from this establishment. Unfortunately the combo meal was completely inedible. All food was taken from a warmer at the front counter and was obviously very old. The batter coated fries tasted at least a day old, i ate 4 before giving up, tasted worse than cardboard. I tried the chicken and immediately spit it out. It was thoroughly cooked, however had the taste of old rancid oil. Ended up throwing out a $15 meal. I can say it has been years since ive thrown away an entire meal, and keep in mind i regularily eat chicken and wedges from a well known 24/7 convienience store, so im quite used to chicken from a warming case. Really unfortunate, as this place used to have the best chicken in the city, IMO better than clubhouse. I really hope this was just an off day, as this is the last place i know in Wpg that serves Charley...

Dont ever go to this place. These guys have 0 customer skills and are very rude. I ordered honey garlic wings and they told me to come and grab it in 20 mins but when i go there after almost 25 mins,they told me to wait another 10 mins. I was ok with that too but after 10 when i went back again they told me to wait for 5 mins more and after all that when i opened the wings box at home,i found tottaly different order. I phoned them back that these are not the wings i have ordered but instead of apologizing they said just take what you have this time we can not do anything. These are worst people i have ever seen and when i told them that i wont come again to your place,they said ok. I would recommend to stay...
