Flying Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

EDIT: This Ritu totally lied to me when she said there was no manager. She's the assistant manager and the only one on site!! Unbelievable!

I've been going here for 15 years and usually good. When they've made mistakes they correct it. Today, pick up order. They said 20 to 25 mins. Sure np. Wait 25 mins and leave the house to drive 15 mins away. Get one of 3 pizzas totally wrong. I call. Got Ritu, says it's a new guy in training. Doesn't offer to replace. Doesn't say sorry let me fix it. Nothing.

I asked if they can they replace it and deliver since it's a way away and we had to wait 40 mins in the parking lot because our pies weren't ready.

Just straight no. They don't have delivery. I said send the new guy who is having issues taking orders. No she says. I said just too bad so sad for me? Yes was her answer. I got upset at that point. I confirmed she was telling me too bad. She again said yes.

No sorry about that. Just excuses for the new guy being confused. I said it's a simple pizza order. It's not difficult.

I'll return to get the correct pizza.

The one star is for this service. Unbelievable this lady didn't apologize at first, didn't offer to correct it, blamed the new guy and told me too bad when she heard...

I enjoy the pizza from Flying Pizza but if you want to order from them it is best to go pick it up. If you do that you stand a good chance of getting your order right (although I always have to check the pizza before leaving as they have screwed it up a couple of times before as well)

The couple of times I have had delivery the first time they just never showed up and the second time they forgot half the order (and they never bothered to compensate for the fact that half the meal was missing).

Finally tried to order tonight and they told me they don't deliver to my area anymore (actually I had to ask 2 different people because the first person wasn't sure how to answer the question)...also I live within 10 minutes driving. Now I normally would go pick up but it is cold out today and I wanted delivery...but I guess their delivery drivers don't like to drive when it is cold also.

So I think that is the last straw with flying pizza. Good product but the staff at the Jefferson location is so incompetent that I am shocked they can make it through the day without burning the...

The pizza here is good, however the customer service is less than stellar. I had phoned in to place an order for pick-up, I began to order their pick-up special they had, the gentlemen whom I was speaking with said "You want pepperoni?" I said no, just plain cheese is fine, right as soon as I said that he said "okay 20 minutes" and immediately hung up the phone, without so much as even saying good bye, but that's not my issue here. My issue lies in the fact that I was NOT finished with my order, so I immediately called them back and was told to hold where I waited on hold for a couple minutes, once the next guy answered the phone I explained I wasn't done and the employee just hung up on me, I was then told to hold again, this time I was on hold for about 5 more minutes. I was hung up very rudely initially and then told to hold not once but twice when I called back. They were emotionless with me and didn't even offer so much as an apology for how rude they were. 5/5 for the pizza 0/5 for customer service. Get your act together guys, your in the customer...
