Pizzarama Chicken & Fries — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Pre ordered food as was a pretty consistent costumer as I’d have to be next to it pretty often. But one day I came in to get my food the owner seemed surprised and told me would be 15 mins but that why I preordered so it would be ready when I got there the owner didn’t give me a reason he just went to the back. Then the other customer in the store told me just so u know there giving me ur order and I just walked in and ordered. Then the next second they walked out with my exact order and gave it to the guy. When I question the owner about it rather then apologizing and saying they made a mistake and gave my order to the guy that just walked in because he made the same order as I did when i called. Even tho they have my number and name they give it to a random guy cause he made the same order. Rather then want to try make it right maybe give me a credit or some type of item for my time and the mix up he wanted to have an additude and attempt to get tough. Well that lost you a consistent customer that always bought food for the fam and recommended you for the cheap eats the foods worth it if ur right there but don’t go out of...

I love the food and customer service here at pizzarama! The best location is on Selkirk because they have more menu options and better seating for children as well. They have bigger washrooms that don't deal with intoxicated people. I wish the nacho cheese machine worked because nachos are so good, that's the only downer I can think of and I'm not sure if the lady chef wears a hair net? Anyway, it's only hair! Lol! The Main Street location has slushies! So that's a bonus. All in all, Food at both of the locations are so delicious and the chicken is crunchy and juicy, pizza has wonderful flavour, and the wedges/poutine are excellent! The prices are a steal for such scrumptious meals! They have delivery! Lol! Have a great day/night!...

Place is okay, manager is pretty nice. He'll sometimes give food away at the end of the day to the last costumer or staff. And staff are okay to. Food is pretty decent and if you go here often they have I think about 2 cooks. One for day and the other for night. Both have different cooking styles. One cook is a beginner I think and would like not cook the poutine fries right, has gotten alittle better though. I do like the guy cook the best he makes his somosa's and pizzas gooooooddddd, other cook needs alittle more practice but ayee practice...
