Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

WORST TIMS IN WINNIPEG!!!! Do not go to this location unless you would like to throw your money away completely 7 times (closest tims to me) I have received a incorrect order when I bring back the order they argue with me

example 1: I order a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, and get sausage bring it back they tell me it’s what I ordered.

Example 2: order a gingerbread latte with regular milk they make it with oat milk (as it is advertised) when I bring it back they tell me it’s regular milk and shut the drive through window in my face without fixing the issue…I have ordered this drink since it was released so I am well aware of the difference in taste

Example 3: I order sauces for my potato wedges and extra sauce as well. No sauce what so ever is given. When the lady rudely told me she was charging me for it “you have to pay” I said no problem! And of course no sauces at all in the bag!

The list goes on and on. I understand mistakes, however very poor customer service is provided at this location. Whenever you call there is no answer, and no one to listen to complaints. It’s a complete free for all with the employees, and they are never held accountable. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, unless you would like to be treated horribly and given a run for your money. Have been here many times mid to late evening as my go to place either before or after a night out at some of the downtown bars/clubs. The coffees and donuts are ok but after noticing that they throw out my cardboard cup after using it to fill my recyclable plastic cup which I purchased at great expense to myself at a Tim Hortons a while ago I quit ordering the coffee at this location..and others as well. Ever since COVID started the entire recycling movement has gone completely down the drain and regressed all the way back to the early 90's..thanks a lot world health organisation..you're a real role model for the entire world to follow!!! Now all I get are dirty looks from any place that serves take out coffee every time I try to present my recyclable cup including most coffee shops. This morning around 6 am went through drive-through ordered a bagel belt combo with a hash brown and a coffee sandwich was good. Coffee was lukewarm my hash brown. I could probably nail a 6 inch nail to a piece of 2 x 4. I simply parked in the front went inside and said hey man, this hash brown I can build a house with it’s hard this tall skinny gentleman looked at me in a weird way went back and exchanged it threw it at me and then proceeded to be rude. This is the third time that I’ve had problems at various Tim Hortons in the city. There is no respect from the type of people that work there. and then when I confronted him about not being rude and throwing food at me, he proceeded to get even more disrespectful with me.
