I come here every single day everyone is super nice, lady would not serve me because she said she’d be right with me in a minute I waited and my blue tooth to my car connected and started playing my music which had bad language as it was a rap song I quickly turned down the music then the told me to leave I went to the window and tried to explain to her what had happened she still refused to serve me I even apologized and tried to explain to her that my music blasted by accident, the rest of the staff is super nice tho but I most definitely will never return here after this if you really thought I meant to turn my music up and be disrespectful on purpose why would I plead at the window and apologize I also always come through and I am always respectful everytime I just wanted an ice coffee and she refused me service , me my self know the struggle of rude costumers as I my self work in the food industry and have worked at Tim Hortons as well , so I would never disrespect someone else who works in the food industry either if she would’ve just heard me out at the window but I guess not, that girl name kaya is super nice on days and always makes sure my ice coffee is made perfect and always smiling...
Read moreI usually don’t have much of a problem with this specific Tim Hortons but lately whenever I use the drive thru it’s been a bit frustrating. I always order ahead of time through the app so when I do get to the window or inside it should be ready for me after I leave my house, especially after 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru right? Not sure if it was staff or what might have happened but even when I pulled to the window after about 15 minutes I still did not have my food. I get that it was busy, I definitely understand that part. The part I don’t get is if I order ahead of time and after 15 minutes it’s still not ready to be picked up, what’s even the point of ordering ahead of time? I order ahead to get to work in a more timely manner not to spend an extra 5 minutes waiting at the window for my food to come that should’ve already been made 10...
Read moreJust had the worse service ever. The supervisor on took my order, overcharged me and then left me just standing there. Complaing with another girl about not going for break yet. Then the girl the supervisor was complaining with brought the gentlemen's food over that ordered two people behind me to him, gave me a dirty look and walked away. After about two more minutes the supervisor came over and tossed my food up on the counter. I proceeded to ask if it was just sitting way over on the far end and she looked at me with a little smirk and said yep. I tried to ask if any other Supervisor was on and she completely ignored me so I just turned around and walked out. Nothing like cold soup on a cold day.
