I really love this place and the staff are always great. Just a little suggestion about the dinuguan. I’ve ordered it a few times and noticed it usually has more veggies and lemongrass than meat. Since the dish is dark, it’s hard to tell when serving if there’s more vegetable than meat. Maybe next time, it could be made without the sayote/upo so it feels more balanced.
