Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Yarmouth

Updated June 12 around 524pm. Server Taylor, So typically I take a long time to do a revisit and boy what a time. I got a cheese steak 12" and I couldn't have been more disappointed! The beget that the sub was served in was hotter then the contents in the sub itself . Idk if they are prep mad but for some reason my sub was cold. The server only checked up once at the table. When she served my other friends there food you could see the steam off there fresh plates of food, I take a bit out of mine and my tooth brothered me from how cold the sub was . Like the cheese was melted and I steak or I think it's steak come to think about it . It didn't really tease like steak. When the server did check up on us it was my gf that said that hers was good. I couldn't say anything at the moment for myself because I had a bit of mine. It was the other half and I was hoping it would be hotter then my other half but nope. So I couldn't even tell my server about my food as she seemed to be in the kitchen ignoring her tables and it wasn't even busy so IDK why servers feel they shouldn't do more then one check I probably would of had another beer or found reasons to upsell more on the table. My server seemed a bit pissy or has a odd look when I didn't tip. Well I wonder...

We've been here many times. It's a hit and miss. Less miss then hits. Had the meat pizza today. SO MUCH BETTER then last time. Last time I had to lift the meat to see where the sauce was, barely any cheese, and more chicken then any other meat. This time, 100% better. Staff are ALWAYS great when we go. Wheelchair accessible, mostly. No handicap parking and take a chance for an end spot, if needed for a ramp. Cars park really close together at the door so you have to pick where you go to get in between the cars, to get in. Little lip getting into first door. Cobble street tile on first part of entrance. A little bumpy but still manageable. Many, many spots to sit, whether it's a regular chair or electric. Bathroom, depends on the person's needs for accessibility. For myself, I'm independent, and can transfer on and off myself. Room is a little tight. Have to close main door and back up to open stall. Sink is a little high but still, manageable. Little of something is better then a whole lot of nothing. 7 out of 10 for me,...

I use to love coming to this place until this evening when we came as a group of 5. We asked if we could have a booth and just set a chair at the end. The hostess said yes and sat us. Our server however says outloud for us all to hear "how do they expect me to serve them with a chair a the end" which was fairly rude but was not the worst part of the experience. We then sat down without menus until the server (red hairband and glasses, was never told her name) came over and from a distance asked us if we've made a decision....We hadn't been given menus or offered drinks so we asked for menus and she scoffed at us rolled her eyes and finally returned with menus, did not offer us drinks and walked away. We sat for 10 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. It seemed as though we were a complete inconvenience and left feeling like we were not welcome. The food has always been good and service has been great except for tonight. This server was so rude and unprofessional I could...
