I think this has to be the worst subway there possibly can be. Nothing is ever made right and when you ask for it to be made right it's a huge deal like it's your problem not theirs. The subs are never heated and when you ask for them to be heated they boil them basically until the bread is rizzled and scalding. The older woman at the window is crusty and hateful and has even told us to stop talking because she can't hear. We ordered 4 subs and she made a huge deal about it saying about the huge order and was even telling the car behind us which happened to be somebody we knew and they pulled up and told us that she was complaining to them about us. I think maybe they need some new training and staffing it's been an ongoing issue for years at this location I've even wrote the company before and nothing ever gets done they seem to not even care! I am writing to express my frustration regarding multiple negative experiences at your location. On several occasions, I have received the wrong or incomplete orders, which is incredibly disappointing. What’s more concerning is that I was served ham despite being a vegetarian, which is a serious issue that compromises dietary preferences and could have caused distress or offense.
To make matters worse, when I approached the manager to address these concerns, the response was unprofessional, and the situation was poorly handled. The inability to manage complaints properly only adds to the frustration.
I hope you will take immediate action to improve the accuracy of orders, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions, and ensure your staff, including managers, are better trained in customer service and complaint resolution.

Update #5 the app will not work the offer for the $1 second sub is not working, it will not allow you to even order at full price online, out a notification up on the app to warn people. Garbage app it work maybe 2 times out 10
